I attended a wedding here on Saturday and the staff couldn't go enough to help. Dianne was particularly wonderful and accommodating. She went out of her way to accommodate for dietary needs and we were extremely grateful.

A restored 16th century property run by warm and welcoming people. Very quiet and beautiful gardens and surroundings, suited for relaxing and solitary reflection. We are looking forward to our next possibility to visit this very special place - highly recommended!

Turned up a little earlier than expected and although room was ready, it was a bit of an inconvenience to the owner. She was not friendly or welcoming. Paid on arrival which is unusual.(but after our experience, we are not surprised that you pay before you stay) Wet towel rolled and put on bed which made the bed wet. Wood...

Beautiful house and full of surprises. A refurbishment project still in progress but visitors will not be disappointed. Lovely views from the grounds. Lots of attention has been made to furnishings and the finishing touches. Glenfall House might not look anything like my home, but it certainly has a homely and relaxed feel about it.

I was made to feel so welcome and this really enhanced my stay. The location is so close to the town and yet you feel a million miles away. Gorgeous views...

Good value. A little far out of town if you wanted to be close to Cheltenham. Bedrooms were lovely bathroom needed a good clean and a bit of a repair (see photos) Host was very welcoming. All in all a good stay.

They cater to drivers with 20+ rooms. Walkers are the outliers, something new. I took some public footpaths to find this place just a short bit off the Cotswold Way. I knocked on the wrong house first. Then I got to the driveway to see this magnificent old mansion. They are making some improvements over the 2015 winter, but they...
