We attended a wedding at this lovely old hotel. It is in a lovely setting in Derbyshire, near Chesterfield. Everything was extremly good. Staff were incredibly helpful with my elderly husband. The meal was very nice plain fare...roast beef a little chewy. Plenty of space individual bars etc nice quiet spots. Beatiful for photos.

Just held my daughter's wedding in the Marquee. I cannot recommend the venue enough. Guests have been contacting me all week saying how much the loved it. The food was perfect, everything arrived at the tables hot. Lindsay the wedding planner was brilliant and John the MC ensured the day went smoothly, even when a heavy shower threatened the schedule....

Been to this hotel on several occasions and my sister got married here. Beautiful inside and out, rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spas nice too although not very big. Food was lovely but drinks are extremely pricey. Would definitely recommend.

Went here for a spa day for my cousin's hen do. The idea was for a day of relaxation in a luxurious spa. We were disappointed. The young lad on the reception pretty much grunted at us. We had to ask to be shown the facilities although perhaps they were reluctant as there wasn't much to show. This isn't a...

This is an old country house which we assumed would be charming. We were given a room next to a dog that barked each time we came into our room and also when others came along. Ask for a room not near any dogs! Breakfast was standard buffet but you could order poached eggs or kippers. We ordered the kippers...

Wow, what a fabulous review, thankyou for taking the time and trouble to post your comments on this web system. It sounds like you were looked after just right on your wedding day by Jen and her team on the day, and by Lindsay in the lead up to the wedding. Thankyou for your kind words and I will pass...

Stayed one night over the bank holiday. Unfortunately the hotel room itself was not up to the standard it should be. Room was extremely dated, but we didn't spend long in there. However the room was still over £100 for the night. The restaurant at breakfast was untidy and messy carpets, with stains on the table cloth and dirty cutlery....

I was disappointed to receive your review, as the hotel has been undergoing very significant refurbishment over the last few months. One of the problems or issues with this review system is that we can`t trace when you stayed with us. Our restaurant, the Coach House has only recently come back into service following a 3 week closure for redecoration...

We loved Ringwood Hall and thought the extensive refurbishment was very classy and tastefully done obviously spared no expense. Our room was spotless with a massive comfy bed. Breakfast was fine considering we stayed Monday to Wednesday on a £99.00 break and there was not too many people staying, it was all fresh and hot. We ate both nights in...

Four of us stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. All aspects of the hotel were very good. Used the swimming pool and amenities whilst there, which we enjoyed. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
