Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here as a family for the half term. Accidentally booked a double room, but needed a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff at the desk couldn’t do enough. They rushed away, and quickly made up the required beds, and even left a little welcome card in the room for the kids. Check in process after that was very easy. All the relevant information was given regarding COVID and booking the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Special thank you to Kelly & Louise for helping with setting the beds up. Will happily return in the summer.

Quiet and clean rooms and Jill and Deana were excellent when I needed something from reception. No job too big or small. Beefeater offers everything you need and if you fancy a change there is another pub serving food across the road which is excellent.

Wonderful staff. Very attentive and friendly, helped us with any problems, would recommend it, and stay here again. Staff names who were wonderful were... Anuja, and killian. 5 star review. Rooms were immaculate and the food next door is lovely, great parking spaces, but generally the staff make it a very welcoming and nice place to be.

We come here for a short break several times a year, and have always found the staff ever helpful and obliging. On a previous visit a few weeks ago, I managed to leave a piece of luggage behind. Upon phoning to inquire whether or not it had been found, I was happy to learn that it had, and would be put aside until our next visit. On checking in yesterday, I enquired about my bag and a charming lady receptionist said that it was her that had found it, and it was duly handed to me. Being particularly hard of hearing (50-odd years as a bass player) I couldn't hear what was being said, and so, if I neglected to thank Jil as I ought, please accept my apology. See you again soon.

The kind, helpful staff went out of their way to make my stay as good as it could be. They could not do enough to help me. Thank you to them all! The hotel is clean and has the usual facilities. Plenty of parking.

Dont always believe what a celebrity tells you as the bed is not quite as luxurious as Mr Lenny Henry would suggest. Location and room as well as very helpful staff was a bonus, but struggled to sleep and the bed

I’ve just had the best nights sleep here. The premier inn beds are unbelievably comfy and the room was lovely and warm once you learn how to use the simple heating instructions. At 5am I went to get tea and milk from reception where I met John and Stu - very funny guys who even at 5am made me laugh and were very helpful. Will defo be returning when I next visit the Wirral. I nearly always try and stay at a premier inn because you can’t beat the comfort and the value.

This was a party booking for a group birdwatching trip. The hotel fitted the bill for price and location, but in comparison to other Premier Inns it felt a bit ‘tired’. The room was very plain and a little dismal but large and had everything we needed. As usual, the service from reception staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at various Premier Inns and similar establishments and I always enjoy my visit to Premier Inn (Heswell). It has without doubt the best front of house reception staff. I made two visits to Premier Inn (Heswall) during January 2023 and the staff on reception were as usual consistently excellent and in particular Libby and Debbie were very good. They were welcoming, asked about my visit but were not intrusive with their questions and answered my questions in a very pleasant and helpful way. Please continue this very high standard of service - thank you.
