What a couple, no issues extremely helpful, if there is an award give it to them. Alan and Celia thanks to you both for a wonderful time, if there is an award give it to them. They are also extremely knowledgeable of the local area - if you have a question ask

Alan and Celia are wonderful hosts. We visited for 2 nights for a family wedding in the village. Hosts could not be more accommodating. They set up a camp bed for my 4 year old son & moved the layout of the room around to accommodate this. Breakfast was lovely and they made a special breakfast for my son with...

What a wonderful experience I had at this new, modern, spotless B&B! Celia and Alan were lovely and very accommodating. The lovely room over the garage (and separate from the main house) was perfect for privacy and quiet. The food was fantastic and the conversation interesting! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be back!

Very obliging owners that made a dinner reservation for us in the pub up the road and were not put off by our request for an early breakfast. A very quiet restfull location with a nice 'sitting out' garden area. A very...

Lovely warm welcome from Celia and Alan and spotless accommodation. Had a fabulous cooked breakfast in the morning too and enjoyed my chat with Alan. We were only staying one night as we were attending a wedding in the area but would have happily stayed longer.

This was the best B&B I used on my cycle trip on the John Muir Way and also the cheapest. It's a short walk from the lovely village of Killearn. The accommodation is next door to the owner's house, above their garage in a self contained flat. It doesn't sound appealing but it has been really well done in a...

This was an ideal stay for us and our two kids after a family wedding in Killearn. Alan and Celia very kindly gave us a key to let ourselves in after a late night and the rooms and bathroom were ideal. There was loads of room for us and the set up for a family really worked. The breakfast in...

Alan met us at The Beech Tree and whisked us up to Killearn where he and Celia have this delightful bed and breakfast facility. Stunning views over Ben Lomond and the pleasure of being in ones own apartment attached but detached from the main house. Bedroom spacious and comfortable and a bath with shower which can be shared with the...
