We stayed in the family room for 2 nights. Really comfy room, with everything we needed, and easy parking on site. Jo was friendly and really helpful with suggestions of places to go, local walks and things to see (which I don't think we would have found out about otherwise). We enjoyed Jo's thoughtful attention to detail, and she was very flexible in her breakfast catering. One of our family is vegan, and Jo made sure she had a cooked breakfast of the same standard as the non-vegans. We reckoned this is the most northerly B&B on the UK mainland. Great views. Highly recommend.
Dropped in for a drink and a bite to eat. Simple food, mostly made with fresh ingredients, many home grown or locally sourced. Really enjoyed our lunches. Jo is a great hostess. We sat in the conservatory which is very light and airy with views out towards the sea (sea mist permitting). Spotlessly clean throughout. Easy to park.
Jo is lovely and polite and couldn't do enough for us. Very warm welcome and amazing food. The rooms are lovely and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely will be back next time we are in Scotland.
Stopped in at the cafe here sitting in the sunshine, had a lovely BLT on ciabatta with a cafeteria of coffee. Jo & Mike were very warm and welcoming lovely views out over the countryside. Very reasonably priced and right on the main road A836, well worth a visit.
We stayed for 2 nights in the twin room, it was very comfortable and great views over the countryside. Jo was so helpful, she even booked restaurants for us for evening meals. Very good breakfasts too.
