This is an outstanding B&B in every way. Right on the Ridgeway, it has beautiful views and exceptionally well-appointed accommodation. At the end of our day's walk, my sister and I were welcomed with tea and home-made cake, served in a large, comfortable guests' sitting room overlooking a pretty garden and the countryside beyond. Our bedroom was large and luxurious...

I found this place through Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. I stayed in a lovely modern room and I can honestly say that it is possibly the cleanest B&B I've every stayed. Spotless! A good nights sleep was followed by a lovely breakfast in beautiful breakfast room.

I was walking the Ridgeway and chose this accommodation as it was ideally situated en route. Miv couldn't have been more hospitable. The bed was seriously comfortable and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast set me up for an entire day of walking the following day. Couldn't recommend this more highly :-)

We stayed at Ridgeway for one night, have stayed at others in the area over the years and this is by far the best. We had the room up the stairs with lovely view. The room was spacious, well furnished, nice bed and scrupulously clean and the ensuite had the nice touches you find in 4/5 start hotels. Nice breakfast,...

Our stepson found this lovely place for us to stay while we visted him in Princes Risborough, and it could not have been a better choice. The hostess and I emailed back and forth a few times prior to the trip, and it was understood that because we were coming during Christmas week, that technically, they were closed as far...

Booked based on reviews for a one night stay to do some mountain biking with a mate, turns out to be a lucky find, most welcoming, tea and cake on arrival. Twin room was immaculate and very clean. Breakfast was super, sets you up for the day. Cracking views over the surrounding countryside. Literally rolled down the drive and we...

What a lucky find! A lovely, peaceful, clean and bright home from home with all the facilities you need and many thoughtful extras which make your stay more comfortable – even somewhere to hang your towels to dry if you want to be green and not change them every day! So many hotels and B&Bs pay lip service to saving...

If you are looking for a comfortable country retreat with easy parking at the door, sparkling clean, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and gracious hosts, Ridgeway Lodge ticks all the boxes. We stayed for 3 nights in May and used Ridgeway as a base for visiting Bekonscot Model Village, Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital and for just touring around the beautiful countryside checking...
