We stayed for five days at this wonderful bed and breakfast, and I am counting the days until I can come back. Giuliana was a wonderful host. She makes her own limoncello, sweet wines, olive oil, marmalades, baked goods, jarred figs, pesto, etc... Her meals were wonderful and have the charm that you would hope to find in Tuscany. It's... We had a great stay in this quiet and peaceful inn. The rooms are simple and clean. Apartment is available for families. The best part is the multi-course meal that was included. The food was excellent and easily an $80 meal in a top notch restaurant. This place has charm! We will stay again.

+ Location is unique. Wonderful view of the valley and very quiet. + Food is great: you can have continental or English breakfast and enjoy homemade cakes. I also advise you to have dinner there as well. They cook very traditional Tuscany food. + Staff is kind

What a lovely and warm place. Extremely remote with breathtaking vistas. Incredible hospitality from Juliana who serves up delicious meals and coffees. Perfect place to return to for a quiet bottle of wine after a day of running around Tuscany. Rental car a must. Zero hustle and bustle. A real escape from city life.

This b&b is a real find!! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. All breakfast cakes are homemade and it is possible to buy their wine and olive oil (which we did and it is great!). Not to mention the view!! Pure perfection.

We stayed here for three nights in April. This means early spring with a welcoming fire in the mansions BIG open fireplace. In this room, spacious with bricklayed floor stonewalls and big framed windows we were served two fantastic full Italian dinners and three full breakfasts topped up with a cake direct from the owen each morning. If you fancy... More

You will not be disappointed. Guillianna cooks a mean breakfast and dinner, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I wish I had dinner here every night we stayed. The pasta was amazing and the other courses were absolutely delicious!

Stayed here for about a week at the end of Sept 2015. Guilliana runs the place and she's wonderful. She totally took care of us with anything we might possibly need. I definitely recommend eating her home cooked dinner at least once if you can. We met some cool travelers passing through and had a little party one night with... More

As part of our Tuscany Walking tour, which started from Voltera, this was our stop for the second day. We were immedietly taken by the rustic, ranch feel of the place. Our host that evening, I believe was Juliana (?), handled our check in and meal confirmation as we arrived and rested at the lobby. Two things that stoof out... More

We are a family of five (kids age 12-14-17) and stayed 10 days in La Fontaccia. We rented the appartment (2 sleeping rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room) and 1 extra sleeping room. It is surrounded by beautiful tuscan scenery and a perfect basecamp to visit several cities like Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna, ... We loved nearby Colle... More
