After a long morning travelling from Puerto Varas to Peulla, it was wonderful to stop & take in the relaxed atmosphere. A really pretty, quiet, restful place to stay. Beautiful vistas, good food......

I love to stay a few days with the all-inclusive promoción. This ideal location is sure to reduce tension and stress. The tourists pass through at midday and then the place is quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is plentiful. Have been visiting here since 1966.

The overnight stay at this hotel was an integral part of our crossing the Andes by boat and motor coach. There really wasn't much to do, but we were all struck by the beauty and peacefulness of the place. The hotel reminded me of accommodations at our own U.S. national parks -- simple, but clean and comfortable. The food was...

This is not even a four star hotel, but it is part of a five star experience. The hotel is very 1960's style but it works. Yes, there's a mildew smell in the bathrooms, and the pillows are small and flat. Our meals were better than average and our servers were congenial and welcoming. Peulla has a population 120 with...

If you've made it all the way to Peulla, either turn back or cotinue to Bariloche. This hotel is not worth your hard earned cash. Food is expensive and not good at all. The service is slow and it seems they are doing you a favor... poor customer service.

During the winter time all the activities that are advertised (ie horse riding etc) are not operational - even the beauty therapist was on holiday! There is only the restaurant at the hotel in which to eat (we had 4 meals there - very average, not a big selection of food, breakfast was not great (bread was horrible and they...

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after a long flight from Australia. To be able to walk in the fresh air amongst the trees to the waterfall was refreshing. We do not recommend doing the Puerto Varas- Bariloche crossing in one day. There is too much to see and enjoy. We didn't arrive in Bariloche until dinner time as it was.

Our travel agent organised our stay here during a river crossing from Argentina to Chile. While there were many people who crossed over with us to Chile, we were 2 of only 5 people who stayed the night in Peulla with most people going straight on to Puerto Varras. We quickly understood why. Whilst the scenery around the hotel is...

We had the pleasure of spending one night here while crossing from Chile into Argentina. A very grand hotel with lovely chandeliers, picture windows and an unusual but delightful bar. We reached the hotel by bus and boat and a short but enjoyable walk from the lakeside. You would think that it would be a rip off hotel due it...

I stopped at this hotel for lunch only (no overnight stay at the hotel) during a trip from Chile to Argentina. This is the only place to stop for miles around for food or lodging. It is in the middle of nowhere, is very quiet and has great sights from the hotel. The only busy time of day is probably...
