We had a wonderful couple of nights stay at Coombe Farm. It's in a stunning location with great access to the coast, Exmoor park, Lynton, Lynmouth and other local towns. Very friendly and knowledgeable landlady, with lovely cooked breakfasts. Kid friendly too. Hard to think of what more you'd need.

This bed and breakfast has many advantages. First, the proprietoress is a lovely and friendly lady. Her breakfasts are fantastic-- homemade bread comes very much recommended! Also the two resident sheepdogs are some of the nicest dogs I have ever met. They always greet your car as you drive in and they are very intelligent. The only thing I would...

The best B&B we found during our last stay in England: nice and clean room, warm welcome, and a delicious english breakfast with homemade products. We enjoyed learning about farming with Catherine and Fred and our Daughter was delighted to play with the sheep dog. This is an excellent place to stay !

Absolut lovely House, decorated with passion and Love to details. Very warm welcome. We even got a Tour around the sheep farm with the 4WD Quad Bike. We felt rather staying with a friend. Just great. If your are planing a visit in Christchurch we advise staying there, because Christchurch has a limited offer of things to do due to...

We had a 2 night stay here in August 2011. Lovely farmhouse nestled on the edge of beautiful Exmoor. Had a family room for us and a twin room for grandparents. At £20 per child per night on top of the room rate it wasn't the cheapest around. Family room had ensuite with bath but no shower. Tea/coffee facilities in...

We stayed at this farmstay as an overnite before a devon/cornish coastal drive beginning at lynmouth. Short country lane into the small intimate court framed by the stone farmhouse and stone outbuildings from the 17th c. The interiors are very real and not over decorated for tourists. This feels very much like a home [as we prefer]. The room was...
