The room had an overwhelming CHEMICAL SMELL the whole time we were there. Opening windows did not help. Could not sleep at night because the smell was so strong. Reception did not offer to change room for us.

Wonderful hotel. Location is great a short walk to the main shopping street and tons of restaurants. Hotel offers a great full breakfast and dinner. Maggie who works what seems every day is great if you need anything. Rooms are spacious, clean and great linens....More
We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Although the rooms are fairly basic, with some rooms smaller than expected, the location (5min walk from the station) and lovely breakfast made up for it. Definitely a value find.

We did not travel via Geneva airport but would guess that a train or car rental would be the best options. You might not need a car whilst you are in Interlaken depending on your plans, we didn’t use the car at all during our stay at the hotel: we used trains and buses.
