部屋は掃除が行き届いていないため、ホコリや毛がたくさん落ちており、お風呂も洗濯機も順番待ちが長すぎてまったく使えず、更に脱衣所と洗面台の仕切りはカーテンなのでプライバシーもゼロでした。トイレのドアはノックなしでガチャガチャされるし、隣の部屋の声は筒抜け、キッチンは不衛生で使いづらく、駐車場として案内されたのは道路沿いの歩道（←駐車違反で通報された方がいたようでした）と、こんなんでよく宿泊施設としてやっていけるものだと呆れてしまいました。スキー板を安全に立て掛けられるようなものがないので、他の方の板やボードを破損してしまいそうで不安でした。ハイシーズンだったので値段が安いわけでもなく、こんなズサンな経営でもお客は来るだろうと馬鹿にしてるのがとても伝わってきました。事前にレビューも読んで予約しましたが、悪い内容は読めなくなっている？のか、こんなに酷いところだとは思ってもなくて本当にショックです。せっかくの旅行を楽しみたいのなら、絶対におすすめできません。

Pretty rough place to stay! We stayed in one of the “single” rooms that are made of plywood and plastic sheets inside a bigger room so basically it’s like a dorm with some short walls. The heating is with kerosene but unlike many other places, this one smells really really bad! Gave me such a headache that I couldn’t sleep. After a couple of hours getting crazy in bed, I took my sleeping bag and went to crash in the sofa in the living room where it smelled much less. We had originally booked and paid for 2 nights but we left after 1! All our clothes stink of kerosene! The other people sleeping in the upstairs rooms seem a lot happier as the smell is not bad there. We only got cold water so I didn’t even shower and with 1 shower for 20 ish people it’s kind of complicated anyway. This is the only cheap place to stay in Rusutsu so you may want to give it a try but make sure you book the upstairs room and don’t expect too much.…

北海道スキーの宿泊先を探していて見つけました。 ゲストハウスということで外国人もいるんだろうなと思っていましたが、オーナーは感じの良い日本人でした。また、とてもきめ細やかで親切にしていただきました。 ハウス内はとても清潔に保たれていました。特別なものはないですが、床もぴかぴかでした。 冷蔵庫、キッチン、レンジ、さら等一通りそろっており、帰宅時にコンビニで食事を買って宿で食べることができました。 期待通り、宿泊者の大半は欧米人でしたが、夜も朝もとても静かで驚きました。普通の日本の宿泊先やゲストハウスよりもよっぽど静かで、宿泊者のマナーもとても良かったです。冷蔵庫、キッチン、レンジ、さら等一通りそろっており、帰宅時にコンビニで食事を買って宿で食べることができました。 オーナーはルスツスキー場わきのレストランを経営していて、チセハウスに宿泊していると言うと10%オフになりました。 夜が騒がしいと子供が寝られないと思って少し高い個室を取りましたが、基本的に皆さん静かに話をしていて、9時半頃には自室に戻る感じでした。 これくらいマナーの良い宿泊者と一緒であれば、相部屋でもよかったかもしれません。 子供も挨拶したりして、交流できてよかったです。 私たちは車をレンタルしましたが、宿泊者の大半は、公共交通機関を利用していたようです。近所にある（車で2キロくらい）温泉もとても良かったです。主人と子供は一回行っただけで、宿のシャワーを利用していましたが、私は毎晩通いました。

Skied Rustutsu 3 days. Chise is only cheap place to stay if solo. Pretty rough for a hostel. Open room sleeping with another 8 or so. They had other private type rooms. Dry heat was tough on the sinuses. Bus stop close to get to ski resort. Decent restaurants nearby. Friendly service. Just plan to pay for what you get. Think I paid around $25USD. Don't think it is worth much more.
