As a country sports enthusiast you could not ask for more. Fabulous staff who find NOTHING too much trouble, a delightful lounge/seating area with fantastic open fire and wonderful panelling, a very good kitchen who will adapt dishes to your needs, very comfortable, if a little dark, bedrooms and our dogs are as welcome as we are. All for a...

The perfect setting for a Birthday lunch on a snowy January day! Drinks in the wood panelled lounge in front of the roaring log fire, then through to one of the three beautifully adorned dining rooms with stunning views over the snow covered landscape. Friendly efficient service, top quality cuisine (the slow cooked lamb shank even tempted me temporarily out...

We recently had a celebration dinner here and returned with friends for the afternoon tea which you reserve and pay for in advance. Lands o' Loyal is a place we drive to frequently as each season offers different bonuses but none better than winter when the giant Christmas tree in the panelled lounge with its comfy chairs and sofas, roaring...

The setting of the Lands of Loyal is truly wonderful. Then you take a step into the building and you will be blown away, it is truly special. We have walked there every year in December for a friends birthday for drinks and lunch. The staff are really helpful and so accommodating. Sit with friends around the open fire or...

Lands of Loyal fits the bill for us and, obviously, many others. We had a gorgeous room with a four poster bed and on a corner which...

Rolled up for my Goddaughter's wedding. As you open the door to the main hall the atmosphere grabs you. Roaring log fire and an amazing Christmas tree. Everyone in a great mood. Comfortable seating. The hall was rearranged for the seating for the wedding and then turned into a dance floor. The food is absolutely FANTASTIC! The breakfasts were to...

I'd like to Thank the great team who helped to organise an awesome celebration on 18/11/2016. Everything was impeccable: the service, the decorations, the food, the drinks, the rooms, everything! All our guests were enjoying a very cosy atmosphere and felt like home. All personnel were friendly and welcoming. Thank you once again! Maria

We were a group of friends for dinner. The food was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The starters in particular were delicious. We did feel that the service could have been more attentive, but the overall evening was lovely and we will definitely be back.
