Stunning, quiet and elegant. The spas and rooms were excellent, so was the service. And the meals were the highpoint of our foodie tour through Japan. We travelled a s a family of four and the kids enjoyed it as much as we did.

The hotel takes you up by a shuttle bus in the morning about 9.30am. Getting back there are scheduled buses, but we walked back to the hotel which took just over 30 mins. (Its a nice walk depending on how much snow there... More
