We stayed here with our 8 year old son and really enjoyed our stay.
The owners are friendly and we enjoyed the outdoor hot spring.
Great service with a lift and pick up to and from the Snow Monkey park.
We'd definitely recommend staying here...More

The hotel was more like a bed and breakfast with warm, friendly owners who went out of their way to give us the experience of a lifetime. If you want to visit the snow monkeys, this is the place to stay.
The ryokan owner was very kind and helpful, he picked up us from the station, drove us to snow monkey park as well as recommended local restaurants which was very good. The ryokan is very clean, I love this ryokan and will definitely stay here...More
