In February 2016, 12 of us stayed in the Chalet Haute Neiges (des Neiges) with Alpine Elements. The chalet itself is nice if a little on the small side. The common room was not big enough to fit all 12 of us without some of us sitting at the dinner table. The kitchen was part of the living room and...

Stayed in an en-suit double room at the end of the corridor. Good size room with a balcony door for fresh air. Catered chalet with crystal reps so food is homely and just enough, no options but when your skiing it does. Usual rep service, young folk working and skiing through a season, had a good varied crowd in the...

Alpine elements has been operating six ‘chalets’ in this resort, which are all similar (Chalet Haute Neige, Chalet Claire Blanc, Chalet Michae, Challet St Jacques and Chalet Christobelle). They are all essentially flats in a large apartment block, although once inside they appear similar to a traditional chalet, accommodating between 8 and 12 guests each. None of the rooms have...

This apartment had six bedrooms, even though we booked a four bedroom apartment. There was also a bathroom for every bedroom, so very good accommodation. The kitchen area was adequate, although not huge but the dining facilities were very good and the lounge area was also very spacious. Our only real complaint is that although we paid over £4000 for...

Stayed at Chalet Michael, part of the complex. The rooms are tiny, and it generally isn't possible to move the two single beds apart, so if you aren't there with a significant other, you'll be sleeping uncomfortably close to your friend. There isn't enough space to keep your luggage bag inside the room, either. The "boot room" is just a...

The chalet is very spacious and has excellent cooking and washing facilities. It is a 2 minute walk to the 100 meter button lift which gets you to the centre of Les Arc 2000 and you can ski all the way back to your front door. Maybe not the best place for a family but all adults are perfect. The...

Chalet des Neiges Arolles consists of a main block, on the street - as Ivor says, very convenient for ski rental, plus satellite chalets, or small apartment blocks with views out over the valley and down towards Les Arcs 1950. The reception staff in the main block are helpful, and everyone we came across in Les Arcs were kind and...

The "Chalet" is a 7 bedroom apartment in the larger Chalet. The under floor heating was efficient making the lounge-dining room comfortable and cosy all day long. The WiFi was reliable when it worked but it did fail and took 3-4 days to fix, an area that could be improved. I can't fault the SkiWorld hosts Shay and Connor. They...

Like mark we found the staff to be brilliant and how they managed to cater for 12 in a kitchen smaller than the average house kitchen I will never know. Hats off to Alex and Becca. Really tough transfer once you reach 2000 long walk with bags and skis, not recommended. Chalet is in need of repair in a few...
