This looked like a funky beach hotel, perfect for surfers, hikers, sort of a hostel on steroids. The beach was at low tide, but I could imagine it being pretty nice when the tides in. They had a cool thatched roof bar, nice pool area, and decent open air restaurant. Our food was very good and cheap. Plus I love...

Previous reviews that panned this property probably didn't do their research as I think it is represented as it is. We live in Panama and this beach location is basic and the hotel is an older property, but clean and great location. We stayed overnight a couple years ago and the rooms are basic so if you want fancy and...

Was so appalled with this "resort" that I forgot to snap pictures. Horrible vacation spot. Pool looks like something you would find in a low budget apartment complex. Pregnant winner dog walking around food area. Broken lounge chairs. Not one nice thing to say. Well, the only nice thing to say is you definitely get what you paid for. My...

Lucky to find a room on busy long weekend. Management & staff very friendly. Hotel needs some TLC - Perfect location right on El Palmar beach. Many locals frequent the restaurant and pool especially on weekends. Full menu and bar service. Great for families

We stayed here for one night. I even skipped my surfing lesson the next day to get out of this place. It isn't the worst place I have ever stayed, it's got a great view right on the beach and a decent pool. It smelled, I think calling it musty is being generous. However, for what they are charging for...

I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. For the price I paid, of course I did not expect any luxury. The hotel is surely ran down, and the rooms and furniture need some upgrade BUT the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is very nice to walk during the low tide or watch the rising tide...
