Stayed here for one night with a friend. Location is great only 2 minute walk across the street to the beach, and only 100 meters away there's a small supermarket and Italian restaurant. About 800 meters or so from the busier tourist area. The rooms are nothing glamorous, but only $40 a night during the low season. There's a TV, fridge, table, and chairs in the main room. No A/C but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms that do the job. The room also comes with silverware, plates, cups, pretty much every kitchen thing you could need except a microwave. The bathroom is fine nothing fancy. One complaint was that there were no towels provided, wish I would have known that ahead of time to bring my own. There's also a back laundry porch area that had an oven and wash sink. Both front and back doors have 2 locks, so very safe. The pool is wonderful! Wifi only works in the reception area or near pool, but does work well there. Also has free parking. Great for anyone traveling on a budget.

It's a pretty unfortunate place. I tend to be on the adventurous side of traveling (had stayed in backpackers hostels until we reached this place) and I would never recommend this to anyone. Even if it was free. It was very dirty. The sheets were not clean. I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets and used my bag of dirty laundry as a pillow. The room in general was gross. No shower head in the bathroom. Any more descriptions will sound hyperbolic (though true) - but seriously do not stay here.

Only good thing is the pool and gardens around it. Everything else SUCKS!!. No hot water, no air aconditioning, when your'e in the room you feel like you're going to die..you can´t sleep good, horrible distingusting beds..they don't clean the bathroom...floor was so disgusting..we were about to throw up. A 20 years ago tv, stupid rules about the pool, they don't help you at all..they only care about charging you. No towels for beach or pool. The owner takes forever to process the payment and cash only..it looks like you're 40 years ago...furniture as being fixed outside probably by the owener, there is junk around..Best thing is when you finally leave!!!! It's cheap, but really for that price you can get something much better. BELIEVE ME!!!!!
