Had dinner with the family here, obviously very popular place. Carvery was good, with choice of two out of three meats plenty of veg, which were good and not over cooked, potatoes etc. Also help yourself salad bar with good variety.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception at the Lakes Resort with 140 guests and couldn't be happier of how it went. The hotel is lovely, as are the views of West Lakes. Its close to shopping, has an extensive restaurant and great breakfast. Its clean and roomy with very comfortable beds. The bar is fun and often has a band. There is no need to go anywhere else for a night out .

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between the hotel and bookings.com which had only one person checking in as compared to the three which were shown on my print out. I understood the confusion snd the lady at check-in showed...

I had a twin spa room for one and stayed for three nights at a conference. Yes, indulgent but wonderful! Spa was big enough for three, which meant in practice I could float. The water pressure was good, so not a long time to fill, plus a bonus that the tv/radio piped into the bathroom. The room itself was great,...

My husband and l stayed at the hotel this weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Our room was clean and luxurious. The view from our balcony was breath taking. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The duck spring rolls and oysters Kilpatrick were Yum! We enjoyed a swim in the pool...

We stayed here for two nights, stayed in a room looking into the lake which was beautiful. The room was very nicely presented too but the ambience was very unpleasant with noisey neighbours yelling at top of of their voice after 11 pm. Went for dinner the first night we stayed there. The roast dinner we had was just an...

Cannot faulty the resort, the service or the facilities. Location is a little way from the CBD but for those that play golf, it is close to...
