Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Our ski rentals were across the road and they got delivered to the hotel. At the end of our stay they were returned by the hotel. Each morning our ski gear was set out for us and our shoes were put away for our return. We were driven to happo one. We also visited...

Amazing hotel but makes it exceptional is the staff and level of service. Truly a 5 star experience. Would highly recommend and our thanks to the staff for a memorable stay. When we came in from skiing they run to take your skis and have your After ski boots waiting for you. Can't wait to return!

Great place to stay. Hi level of customer service. Great staff. Dropped at the lifts and they come running out to help you carry skis etc home. They get your shoes, they put away your ski gear and then you go and have a hot bath and relax. It's a great place and its the staff that makes this hotel...

This is our second time staying at La Neige, we enjoyed it so much the last time we returned & even selected the same room. We chose a corner deluxe room and it is more expensive than most accommodation in Hakuba but you get what you pay for. We have a lounge, bedroom & massive spa bath in the bathroom....

we stayed at La neige for 4 days and got the best of the early jan ski weather. The hotel is quaint and authentically french. The rooms are very large and my husband and I enjoyed the jacuuzi in our room also, a good way to soak our muscles after a day on the slops. The lady at the front...

The hotel gives you a very European feel (also Hakuba). Great interior design. Meal is included and is excellent French crusine. A bit overprice and it is the most (20% more) expensive hotel in my trip.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel in the Japanese mountainss durng a ski trip. The thing that stood out immediately was the exceptional service. The staff were so attentive. They were there at the hotel entrance to greet us and carry our skis etc when ever we returned back from a ski trip. They sat us down and helped...

The name is a mouthful, but everything else was made as easy as possible for us. The extra effort that the staff made for the 4 nights of our stay was above and beyond what I have experienced in a long time. The hotel is comfortable and convenient and the quaint lobby where you can toast marshmallows at the fire...

This is a superb hotel set back in the woods in Hakuba - Wadano and conveniently located for the slopes and amenities but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. The hotel team really could not have been more helpful (including drop off and pick up from the slopes). A great hotel restaurant also available. A superb location...

Ate at the hotel restaurant, although not a hotel guest. Saw the hotel and the restaurant menu from the front of the hotel and thought to give it a try. The hotel looked really nice from the outside and once entered you could feel the great service ambience (enter expensive) here. For a piece of steak 150gr and a dollop...
