This hotel surprised my husband and I. We had heard that alot of the hotels in hakuba were stuck in the 80s, and although this was true we truly loved our 6 nights. It is situated about 1km from the main part of town and there are plenty of shuttle buses to the ski slopes. They provided great customer service...

My first impression of this hotel is that it looked a bit old or stuck in the 80's. But upon closer inspection the place is absolutely immaculate and clean like most places in Japan. I was pleased that there were English speaking staff at the reception and are very helpful. There is a shuttle that take guests to various ski...

I am absolutely loved the view. The window faces the mountains and you get the best views when you wake up in the morning. The rooms are decent sized, in fact big by Japanese standards. They have a kitchenette, oven, fridge, water kettle, almost like the amenities of a small apartment. Service is tip top and friendly. Some travellers complained...

This is not a big hotel but the environment is so peaceful. The location is not so convenience so I book the half board package. When we arrive at the bus terminal and call the hotel for pick up. Just 5 minutes waiting they are arrived. We book triple room so with the extra bed, the room become cram. We...

Not the most convenient location for the ski areas of the Hakuba valley but with free shuttle bus stopping literally at the front door several times a day that wasn't a problem. Also the hotel was very good in using it's own little bus to take you places if you asked. The rooms are more than adequate though as mentioned...

We stayed here in January 2016. It was our first time to Hakuba so we didn't know our way around and we booked this as a ski package through a travel agent. It was a decent choice considering that it was our first time there, but I'm not exactly itching to go back for two main reasons--the location and the...

I was passing through hakuba and found this hotel to be a good choice. It was just before summer and as such not many places were open as all closed until winter. Price was reasonable with a bonus of both a buffet breakfast and dinner included (which was good as not a big range open in town). Both were fine....

We chose to stay at this hotel because of the attached Onsen and good reviews on TA - big mistake. This hotel is more catered towards Japanese, with separate beds in every room and very hard mattresses. After our first night both myself and my girlfriend had back issues for several days, and we refused to continue or stay after...

When we first arrived at the hotel, we thought it was rather isolated but upon exploring the area, we found that it was situated halfway between the 2 main parts of Hakuba and easily reached by about a 10 minute walk. The foyer was very inviting with lots of comfy chairs. A shop was attached to the foyer too. The...

We spent 4 nights in Hotel Hakuba for spring skiing. From Narita Airport to Hakuba my preferred choice by Chuo Taxi around 6 hours. 2 intermission stops before arriving destination. Each break rest for 15 mins. JPY 13,900 per head. Hakuba snow condition still good. Falling snow these few days. The reason we chose this hotel was because of its...
