Fantastic location, convenient to cafes, restaurants in Echoland and surrounds, shuttle buses to the Ski resorts. Your hosts Markus and Kyoko are friendly, attentive, helpful, providing suggestions for skiing, dining, etc. Nothing is too much trouble, booking dinner reservations, picking up at the beginning of your stay and dropping you off at the end. Clearly proud of their place, it...

We had an excellent time staying with Markus, Kyoko and Selena at B&B Koyuki. The lodge was beautiful and our room was comfortable and warm, and we loved the traditional Japanese feel. The hosts helped us make dinner reservations and were very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making our winter holiday fantastic. Shannon & Tom

During our trip in Japan we stayed at several places but Markus and Kyokos B&B was definately the best accomodation. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was great and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Markus even drove us to the ski region since the bus wasn't driving at this time of the year. There was always time for a chat...

Even before we arrived in Hakuba, Markus was very helpful by organising our pick up with luggage from the train station. On arrival at B&B Koyuki we were greeted with a beautiful, warm, wooden ski lodge which was very clean. Markus collected our key and gave us a tour of the shared facilities and our traditional Japanese room, all of...

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced B & B then this is it. The room was spacious and the futon mattress very comfortable. Markus and Kyoko were both friendly and helpful with Markus driving me to the onsen and restaurant after I sprained my ankle whilst skiing.
