Travelled with a group of ten including six kids from ages 6 to 21. Rooms extremely comfortable with a touch of Japanese in some having tatami mats. Good snow late in the season. Brilliant staff, great service and really comfortable hotel. Highly recommended. Try the Japanese buffet at least once - it's sensational.

Stayed for 5 nights with my partner. Great hotel, would definitely return. The onsen is simply incredible and never overly busy - even when visiting during peak period (mid feb). Close to snow gear hire, restaurants, pubs, village shuttle, and slopes. The hotel also provides a shuttle that will drop you at the venue of your choice in town -...

My son and I stayed here for 7 nights whilst skiing in the Hakuba valley. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard. The room with twin beds was a generous size and well appointed. The staff at the hotel were always very obliging. The ski storage and boot drying facilities were awesome. The onsen was gray and a daily...

We Stayed here over Chinese New Year for skiing. It was an excellent location, right next door to Rhythm rentals and within walking distance of the Happo Gondola and the Evergreen ski schools. The rooms was basic but spotlessly clean and perfect for a ski holiday. We stayed in a 3 bed family room with our daughter. The onsen in...

This is a very good ski hotel that is in keeping with mid-range European places in which I've stayed. We came to Nagano from Tokyo, by train and the caught the shuttle bus up the hill - whole trip time = approx 3hrs. I was with a Japanese friend and so do not know how easy the navigation is without...

This hotel has a good selection of different restaurants, the japanese one has excellent food. Shuttle buses pick you up from right outside to go to all the different ski resorts. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and had no issues with booking things on your behalf and were very friendly. Only downside for our stay was that...

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. Especially the food and onsens are great! U can use inside and outdoor onsen from 10am to 24pm. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is really helpful. The shuttle is next to the hotel so it's easy to get to the downtown or to the slopes. Barbara, Slovenia

Really enjoyed this hotel and the hospitality of the staff. It provided for all our needs. Good breakfast, shuttle bus to and from restaurants in the evening, but most of all a fabulous onsen! As they say when in Rome/Japan do as they do! If you can get past your inhibitions it is an amazing way to learn about why...

A lovely comfortable place to enjoy our ski holiday. The Onsen was blissful after a day on the mountain, followed closely by happy hour (or vice versa, any way was fine!). Friendly helpful staff, easy transport links and lots of Apres ski options. Thoroughly recommended.

Just recently we stayed at Mominoki Hotel Hakuba, upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely japanese receptionist which made a big difference than the time before when we stayed, she was warm & friendly which we felt so welcomed. Room was on the 3rd floor and was simple, clean, reasonable size for Japan only thing was single beds. Restaurant...
