I'm Japanese, traveled over 20 countries on earth and I can say this Youth Hostel(YH) is the most unique hostel in the world.
Some Japanese enjoy crazy atmosphere there.
But, to foreigners, I don't recommend this YH.

I stayed for just one night but it was quite an unforgettable experience. Starting from dramatic welcome, every event happening on site is with some kind of entertaining spirit.
The climax is the "meeting" held every night after dinner at local time 7:20pm.
