This is my first time staying here. We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath on the 3rd floor of the East Wing. We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 3pm, but they let us into the room early. When we arrived at the car park, we left our car with the attendant. Lake Toya can be seen from the room. The large public bath is on the 3rd floor of the West Wing. It's a little far away, but it was on the same floor, so it was helpful. There is a sauna, so we went to the large public bath first. It was fully booked, but it was empty and we enjoyed the sauna at our leisure. There are two cold baths, one of which is a jacuzzi type. It has an auto-louver and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The indoor wear is a separate type, and separate pajamas are also provided. Dinner was a French course. Other reviews said that the amount of food was small, but we had more than enough. There was a wide variety of alcohol. After dinner, we went to the large public bath for the second time. We also had ochazuke from 10pm and went to bed. We enjoyed the sauna first thing in the morning and had breakfast. There was a half buffet where you could choose between Japanese and Western. We chose Japanese food. The plate was topped with freshly cooked rice and autumn salmon, and the buffet had plenty for us. Everything was delicious. The smoothies were also delicious. There were some foreign staff members, but they were very friendly. The room was good, the food was good, the spa was good, and the service was good - we were very satisfied. Thank you for the casual birthday celebration message and white chocolate gift for my wife Puto at the dessert time of dinner. We would definitely like to stay at this inn again.
