All inclusive ultra is a waste, no difference between normal. In colder days pool water should be warmed but it’s not. Anything else as expected or better. Fancy drinks, tasty meals and trips. Whole stay was nice, even in bad weather animators did a great job to keep visitors in good mood. Keep it up friends !

We had a Brilliant week celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary . The hotel is newly renovated and met all of our expectations. The food was excellent if you can't find something for your taste then quite simply you probably don't have any. The Fresh Fish and Paella i looked forward to every day. All the Staff we're very friendly, I'd like to give a special mention to Desiree at the Pool Bar who went out of her way to make our stay that little bit extra special. We would definitely love to return ..... so hopefully see you soon.

I can not recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived we loved it. Reception staff were informative and friendly and also spoke great English. The resort is newly renovated, was super clean and even house keeping staff always said a warm hello when walking by. We chose all inclusive and had no problem understanding what was included and what was not (all inclusive is more than enough unless u want top shelf spirits). The food in the restaurant had so much variety with different choices every day and was absolutely delicious and again friendly chefs explaining when I didn’t know what I was looking at lol. The entertainment staff were a lot of fun. They all seemed to speak English, Spanish, German n French so all guests were included and they made the days fun but were not annoying or over powering at all. If I wanted to not be disturbed on my sun-bed they got the vibe and just smiled as they walked by. If the resort is too quiet for you after a day of lazing round the pool it’s an easy €5 taxi to a lovely new shopping centre with bars, restaurants and shops so 2 of our 4 evenings we had dinner at the hotel (cos I wasn’t missing out on that amazing food) and then went there for a couple of hours for some action then returned around 10pm for a couple more cocktails and a dance at the bar before bed. We are already looking at a time we can have another 4 nights there next year.

I will start with the positives: location is nice with lovely sea views from the window (at a cost of course as it requires an upgrade) and the hotel is newly renovated, so most things look nice. Cleaning is great, we had a lovely lady in every day and she did a superb job. I took off one star for a bunch of small improvement points: There are multiple upgrades to an ‘all inclusive’ package that come at an additional charge: you can’t use the best tables in the restaurant, use the quieter pool, use large sun loungers without that upgrade. So it’s not so ‘all inclusive’ after all. There is only one large (ish) pool and one tiny paddling pool available. If the hotel was full, you’d struggle to get a lounger or any space in the pool. The pool is advertised as heated, but it was very cold with little evidence of heating. Bed sheets were not of the best quality with some holes in blanket covers. Rusty stains in toilets (both in the room and public). The bathroom area design is all ‘looks over comfort’. There is no enclosed bathroom. Glass without tint door in the toilet is very weird. Entertainment started and 9.30pm right outside the windows. It’s very loud and goes on till 11pm. Impossible to have an early night or get the kids to sleep. No entertainment for kids. The other star is taken out for constant pointless rules and poor reception. Alberto at reception would rather succeed as a government official in Spain rather than someone is customer service.a guy at reception and the ridiculous policy on cash deposit for pool towels. On the first day, I forgot to put on my mask when going to the pool. I didn’t even realise my mistake until I popped into reception to ask for some pool towels. Alberto refused to talk to me until I went back to my room and got the mask. I understand rules but I hate stupidity: I was not planning to stay inside, and I spent an equal time inside without a mask by going back to the room as I would have otherwise.. but he point blank refused to serve me. To my surprise, when I got back none of the reception staff wore masks (including the ‘law enforcement officer’), turns out he only puts them on to terrorise the customers. Even then, the mask does not cover his nose. After my trip to the room he took out the towels and asked for deposit. 10 euros for a mediocre pool towel is steep, but ok. However, the deposit can only be paid in cash. In the world of COVID 19, I thought it made no sense to demand me to wear a mask and then take cash from my hands with which I am putting a mask on and off all day. I also had no use for 40 euros from the returned deposit right at the end of my stay. When I asked him to simply put a hold on my card he refused and promptly put the towels away telling me that he was trying to be ‘nice to me’ (?!) and if he took my payment by card it would be unfair to other customers. Shame that all this money was put into renovations and nice location, but very easy things that matter are overlooked. Hope management will take notice. At the price we paid, better customer service and delivering on promises re: heated pool and kids entertainment would have been appreciated

We have noted all your suggestions and we will inform the Management and the corresponding departments, in order to be taken into account. With regards to our room types, we have some different depending on the size, view, location and facilities. And indeed not all of them have the same prices as they are not the same standard. With respect to the all inclusive service, it is important to indicate that towels are not a paying service at all. Customers must leave a deposit that it will be returned when checking out, in order to ensure the return. Respecting all inclusive drinks, we must state that among the full menu of national drinks brand there are some of them not included which is about a higher standard. As regards to the face mask use remains mandatory for anyone over the age of 6 years in the following circumstances: In any enclosed space open to the public (e.g. shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals etc.), in any indoor space where people who are not from the same household mix and also in any outdoor space where it is not possible to observe social distancing of 1.5m (e.g. crowded streets, concerts, public demonstrations etc.). Specific rules on the use of face masks may vary between regions, but in Canarie Islands it is. Penalties may be imposed if you do not comply. That is the reason why our staff should therefore remind and ensure compliance with local regulations to our customers Concerning the cost of the use of La Riviera Beach Club Area, it is shown on our website that it is not included and thereby it is an extra service. It is an exclusive, private, and quite area only for adults apart for the main swimming pools and facing the beachfront. We are pleased to know that you pointed our cleaning service and location. All our staff try their best continuously to raise in general guests experiences according to our valuation and good position on social media. We regret that you did not feel the confidence to inform us about the points mentioned in your comment. We would have done whatever possible to raise your level of satisfaction as high as possible. But we have no records regarding to which you have referred below. So we did not have the opportunity to manage any of the aforementioned. With best regards. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER.

Beautiful hotel. We'ved stayed here for 14 days and that was a nice holiday. Friendly staff and super clean hotel. Master suite with wirepool was super big and comfy. The wirepool was amazing and was cleaned after 7 days. The hotel was nearby at the beach but that wasn't beautiful at all. And there are no shops, you have to take the taxi to diffrent city's.
