We booked a unit and we had to upgrade as there wasn't enough beds for us all which is fair enough. 2 adults and 5 kids. (2 of them are age 2) the room we upgraded to had 3 single beds in one room, a queen bed and single in another and a single in the lounge. We were charged...

At least seven or eight times a year, for over five years, I have been enjoying Lynette & Clive's hospitality at the Kerry Lane Motel. The location is perfect, in a quiet lane on the outskirts of Hawera, within 1 km of two very good Hawera restaurants.Over the years I have probably stayed in every unit, each one very comfortable,...

I have just come back from Hawera and stayed 2 nights at Kerry Lane. I was very impressed with the accommodation. The room was immaculately clean and looked out to the fenced paddocks that accommodated sheep, pigs and horses. There were also a few chickens wandering about. The room was well equipped and the shower had fantastic pressure. I stayed...

Arrived late to town and lucky to find accommodation. Initially we were to have a studio room but were upgraded to a two bedroom at no extra cost. Free wifi. Very quiet and a little way from the centre of town. Needed to drive for food.

I enjoyed my stay here this weekend. It was warm, comfortable, and clean. I expect a high standard when I am paying for accommodation, and Kerry Lane Motel met my expectations. Will be using them again.

On our arrival 28/2/2015 I went to reception and was greeted in a manner that I felt like I had annoyed the lady. Was then told "well we don't have milk for you" Oki doke then. Shown to room which was clean and tidy. Lady then left us to it. The single bed my sister had was fine, the single...

First of all this is a motel attached with a small sized farm sharing the same premises. The motel units are in blocks of three or four units spaced around the farm with enclosed lawn space. The lawns are well maintained and has some convenient outdoor seats/benches. There is good frontage for each unit towards the farm and the lawns....

Wonderful friendly hosts. Clean and tidy with fantastic facilities. Our dogs love it! Not like any other dog friendly motel. Would happily recommend to those without pooches! Lovely gardens and room was immaculate.
