I loved this place, stayed only the one night for B&B, on the 16th Sept.2016. The owner was called away unexpectedly, so her friend Irene looked after us all. We got a lovely welcome to a lovely establishment, so clean and comfortable, The breakfast was to die for and Irene was a lovely cheery lady. Thanks so much, we will...

This is a superb place to stay, a little difficult to find in the dark but Agnes was on hand to give us directions, she also stayed on the phone until she saw us coming up the drive. Our room was very cosy and warm, with a roomy ensuite with nice big towels. The breakfast is excellent especially the porridge,...

This little gust house is in the centre of Brechin. Close to Edinburgh, it's the perfect place to start or end your Scottish adventure. We loved this! Brechin's Aberlemno stones are worth a visit , and are close to the town. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed talking to the owner who gav good advice about getting to Edinburgh. The...

We have stayed with Agnes in Gramarcy House several times and we are disappointed if she cannot take us because we always receive a warm welcome. The rooms are spotless and you are welcomed with a cup of tea and homemade shortbread. There is always fresh milk and Agnes has a guest kitchen/dining area where you can eat your takeaway...

We were flying out of Edinburgh the next afternoon and looking for a location in a small town wishing striking distance of the airport. Brechin and Gramarcy House fit the bill. We booked a family room for the two of us only because it was the only room available. Our room was very large and would have been perfect for...

A jewel of a house. As good as it comes for a sensible price. Highly recommended. Morag was very helpful and had a wonderful attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. ..........,.., x. Zxxxxxxxxxx. .

Approach up a long driveway you are met with ample parking space just by the front door. We were given a very warm welcome by Agnes who helped with our luggage and showed us to our very comfortable and spacious room. Decor was of a high standard and the tiles and fittings in the bathroom were excellent. There was a...

What an absolute gem! We were welcomed by our host, Agnes, who immediately made us feel at home. Our room was very big, very tastefully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Most important above all for our 13 years old son, the wifi was very good, which allowed him to browse and watch his movies. Very abundant breakfast,...

Stayed here whilst visiting family in Brechin. Agnes is a fantastic host and couldn't have made me feel more welcome. House and rooms were spotlessly clean. Special mention must go to the breakfast; with local butcher Bruce Brymer supplying the produce, it was a real treat to have sausages as tasty as that!
