Having read all the above reviews about the B&B I decided to book it for the weekend. It was located close to where I wanted to be namely the Cathedral. I good not find fault with any of the reviews and the B&B was certainly a gem. Breakfast and room accommodation excellent.

We have just returned from Brechin visiting family and again stayed with Mary & John. We always get a wonderful welcome. We have stayed a number of times over the last few years. The bed is really comfortable and we always have a good night sleep. It's always spotless throughout. The breakfasts are fab and Mary cooks them to perfection....

We stayed for just two nights at 23 B&B, and it could not have been nicer. The room was clean and well presented. Mary and John were brilliant, and very kind in coping with my food allergy. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Brechin.

A delightful stay at this home, with host Mary being just wonderful. The upstairs bedroom we stayed in was on the corner overlooking two streets, which was a bit noisy till 11pm, but lying so comfortably in cozy beds, we soon fell asleep as the streets quietened. The ground floor bedroom toward the rear of the house was quiet, and...

A small B&B near the town centre of Brechin in a rustic 19th century building which backs onto the Brechin Cathedral. The Proprietors, Mary and John Behan are at pains to ensure your daily needs are more than met, starting with a magnificent breakfast, directions to places, suggested day trips, cafes and restaurants including the Pottery at Spittal of Glenshee...

Have stayed with Mary and John on several occasions and always find them friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us. Mary actually needs to be encouraged not to overfill the plate with her beautifully cooked breakfasts. You could sustain yourself for the whole day on one of these. If you are visiting the area, this is a...

The 23 B and B was absolutely wonderful. A small gem in a small and lovely town.Spotless room and bath, incredibly comfortable bed, all the niceties provided, plumbing an American could figure out, great location and the full English breakfast included in the very reasonable cost was just great! Our hosts John and Mary could not have been more accommodating...

Just back from a short break in Brechin. The B&B is ideally situated next to the Cathedral and the owners, Mary & John are very friendly and made us very welcome. Nothing was a bother. I will go back again the next time I'm in Brechin.
