This place didn't disappoint. The Lodge is based in the unique and picturesque location. The staff was very attentive but not over the top. We had dinners at the Lodge and every meal was special. Some reviewers below say that the rooms are small. This is true, but at the Lodge no one was sitting in their rooms. The Lodge...

A truely unique lodge and location. Staff are all attentive and professional, with a fabulous range of activities in summer ( or winter ) Graham and the team have gone to that extra effort with all that they do. My wife and I have just had 3 glorious nights and loved every minute. Cannot wait to go back to visit...

My wife and I spent three nights at the lodge with our two daughters recently. It was a get away from it all break to have quality time together. We achieved our objective and had a great time. We arrived later than expected due to flight delays - just after midnight but were greeted, made to feel welcome and fed...

It’s an absolute pleasure to write a review about my stay at Lyngen Lodge. I found the Lodge in the book „Remote Hotels“ published by National Geographic. I was looking for a getaway in Scandinavia for quite some time and the Lodge seemed like a perfect combination between relaxation and adventure. My expectations got more than fulfilled. I stayed four...

We've just come back from 3 fantastic nights in the Lyngen Lodge. This is a smart place to stay with the most helpful staff you can ask for and a very friendly, family atmosphere created. Everything about the lodge is superb, from the food, bar, hosting, location, facilities and other guests. The activities offered are great fun and we could...

After the long drive from Tromso, our 1st impression was one to remember; candles lit on the porch to welcome us, staff waiting to greet us, warm slippers upon arrival and a very cosy lodge to relax in. We were shown to our rooms before being offered a delicious light supper. And it still got better - we woke to...

I'm pleased we were able to deliver and that you enjoyed your stay with us both relaxing in the lodge and out on the various activities with the guides. This is the only holiday my wife and I were sad to say goodbye to. The staff are wonderful, they treat you like family, the food is excellent and the views are to die for. We met lots of new friends and had lots of fun and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights three times. What makes...

Arriving at Lyngen Lodge after the long drive from Tromso is rather hard to explain. If I had to pick one word it would be 'WARM'. The welcome is warm, you really feel that they have been looking forward to meeting you. The Lodge is warm, beautifully warm in a way you only experience when in such cold outside temperatures....
