Cannot recommend this B & B highly enough. Lovely, comfortable room, great en-suite with great shower, home made cakes in the room every day and one of the best breakfasts ever. We had a lovely relaxing three day stay prior to a family wedding. Great value, overall, just lovely!

Just leaving the Throstle Nest Farm B&B after a lovely 2 night stay, beautifully decorated, very high quality, fantastic breakfast, very welcoming hosts always on hand if we needed anything, close to local amenities but felt like you were a million miles away from anywhere, couldn't fault anything at all, will be recommending the B&B to family and friends. Only stayed one night but everything was just lovely. Nice room, very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked just how we like it, there was a good selection. Far enough outside of Skipton for peace but still close enough for convenience. Hosts were friendly with good local knowledge.

The reviews say it all. Lovely farmhouse at the bottom of a very steep approach road. Room had a great view of the countryside, a nice size, very clean. Very thick duvet meant opening the window to keep it from getting too warm overnight but a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was easily one of the best full English I have... More

A lovely B and B set in the most amazing countryside location. Our room was overlooking the garden and we could view the hills from our bedroom window. The welcome tray was well stocked and home made cakes too. What a treat from the usual biscuits. Skipton is a short drive and boasts lots of lovely shops and places to... More

We've been fortunate to stay in a wide range of B&B's over the years but this family run place is something special. Not often you wish you had a pair of binoculars at the breakfast table as there is plenty of wildlife to watch. Large comfortable bedroom with ensuite and a king size bed. Full English breakfast with items supplied... More

Enjoyed a one night break here, very peaceful and lovely setting and house. Bedroom and bed very comfortable with lovely views. Would have been nice to have some biscuits or something in room on tea tray however there was a jar of home made small biscuits downstair. Shower very hot and bathroom clean. Only reason didn't give full marks was... More

Stayed here for two nights and from the moment we drove down the steep bank into breathtaking scenery we were in heaven. Accomodation was spotless throughout and our room (Room 4) was cosy and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with extra special touch of a home made cake each day. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to... More

Stayed for one night and it was lovely, very friendly owners. Had bedroom on ground floor and even though it's by the lounge/dining room it was nice and quiet. Very nice, fresh and hot breakfast. We brought some wine back from our meal at nearby pub and they have wine glasses available for you to use.
