When we arrived it took twenty minutes to find someone to check us in. Really old, tiny lift. Parking and WiFi good. No safe or brewing facilities. Very basic breakfast but very nice bread, not usual in Italy. OK for one night. No restaurants or bars nearby for food.
While not brand new, this hotel is well maintained. The family that runs it are extremely nice and helpful. The WiFi was free and worked remarkably well. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I would recommend the place.
We booked the Ramoverde for location, which can't be beat for proximity to Borgo centro. It was Christmas and we wanted to have a drink without worry. The lobby of the hotel has a comfortable lived in atmosphere the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could use some attention but as before they were clean, the shower worked well and I've seen worse. Coffee in the room would be a nice addition, we had children with us and we could have warmed milk etc. Breakfasts were a good selection of continental choices and they were very generous with the espresso's and cappuccino's, which they did not charge us for. Nice! However, what really made our stay was the family who own/run the hotel. We didn't get their names but they really couldn't have been more helpful to us and their dog was a total delight. Next time we are in Borgomanero, we will definitely stay here again.…
We overnighted in this hotel on our wat to Aosta. It had friendly staff, great views from the 4th floor of the Swiss Alps. Good sized room, if a little tired. Good shower. Very clean room and hotel. Good breakfasts. Lots of parking. Close to the Centro.
This is not a fancy posh hotel, but is comfortable and roomy. Staff were helpful although English was limited. I found Borgomanero to be charming and an easy walk from the hotel. Easy driving distance to Lago Maggiore and Lago d'Orta (which is a much less touristy destination than Maggiore).
Very disappointed. Can only assume leaflets are old because it looked like a good choice. Had a triple room which was spacious. The hotel was worn, dreary and the bathroom was terrible. It felt cold and dismal. The grounds were overgrown. To be fair the brekkie was acceptable.
