Please take note before you stay in this place. Positives: The pool is nice (no bar) and so are the surroundings. You have free parking, the AC was cold and the beach is a about a three minute walk. Okay that’s about it! Negatives: Omg where do I start...please bring your own linens and pillows, I seriously do no think they wash the sheets and if they do they are so beyond stained they might as well be replaced! We saw stains on both towels and sheets, hairs all over the bed (under what looked like a Taino bed throw). The bed bunks were rusted and squeaky and sure enough when we inspected the pillow cases and sheets they were dirty. I won’t even spend time talking about the kitchen! Omg it was so creepy, and rusted-just gross! Now the bathroom; hot water ran for 3 minutes after that it was ice cold. What made it worst was the fact that most of our towels were dirty and we literally froze while air drying. The living room; consisted of a futon, and no tv (which we knew) old dull Indian art and a cheap small dining table. It was just so sad, the whole room was sad and it seriously looked like the owners are simply just milking the place for every cent they can get without putting any money in. The word is RUNDOWN! It’s literally a rundown version of a motel. In the morning of our second day we see a woman walking around and I asked her if she worked there and after confirming I asked her for towels and she says, and I quote, “To get fresh clean towels you have to stay for a week or more!!!!” I was like heck no, we refused to take showers and freeze to death because our original towels were dirty! We asked for the owner (who we never saw) and She then complained about her having to clean every single room by herself and the owners would leave the entire property for her to clean and she had too much work to do etc. etc. and that the owners do not show up during the weekend. I gave her the “I don’t care look!” And she said let me get you some towels and she comes in with these striped towels (they looked like pool towels) which looked like they had been part of the hotel for the last ten years and of course two were stained. Overall I ask myself how is this place a resort? Lol! No drinks, no beach chairs, umbrella, sad room....dirty linens.... I’m just glad it’s over! If you are okay with everything I’ve exposed here then this is the place for you!

We stayed here for one night on our vacation and were sorely disappointed. The property is nice, landscaped well, nice pool area, and right on the beach. However, our room had a queen and bunk beds, and the beds were very rickety and squeaked every time you moved. The shower didn't drain properly and only had barely lukewarm water. The most disappointing aspect was breakfast the following morning. Staff set out a continental breakfast in a covered outdoor space and we assumed it was for all guests as a part of the stay. My family proceeded to get breakfast (cereal with only evaporated milk) and after eating, we get a phone call from the property manager that we owe $68 for breakfast or $17 per person. We had no idea there was a charge, There was no indication of price nor were we told. Additionally, the breakfast was sub par. While I don't mind paying for goods we consume, we felt very deceived. There was no apology or any decent customer service offered. We will not return nor recommend it to anyone.

The grounds of this place are beautiful. You have direct access to a great beach that we had all to ourselves. If you are looking to be pampered this probably isn't the place for you. But if you want a peaceful centrally located on the west coast room this place is perfect. Rooms are well stocked and clean. Didn't miss the tv with so much to do all around.we will definitely stay here again.
