Loved the hotel, everything I expected and more. The food and service were great, brilliant staff, the grounds are fabulous and the pool area lovely. Only downside, if you want to eat out is that it is a taxi ride or a drive of 15-20 mins or so to find anything else.

What an amazing place. I highly recommend you stop and stay and dine at Le Moulin du Roc. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The grounds are well manicured and amazingly charming as the setting is historic with a river running through, water wheels, a bridge to walk over to get to the pool or tennis court etc....

Had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin du Roc. It was the most beautiful setting, a gorgeous converted water mill on the banks of a river. All the staff were wonderful and Yohan in particular could not have done more for us or made us feel more welcome. He also made some great recommendations re the local area. We enjoyed...

When choosing where to stay in France this year, my brief from my husband was to find somewhere not too large, full of character, with a good swimming pool, and an excellent restaurant - and he demanded a riverside setting; well, the Moulin du Roc more than satisfied all these criteria, and with excellent service as well. It was the...

We stayed here for 5 nights as we just wanted a break and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The setting of the hotel is simply stunning by the river in beautiful gardens. We loved lying by the pool and just taking it all in. It was a wonderful setting to have evening drinks before supper. The staff...

This hotel is set on beautiful grounds, it feels like something from a fairytale. The terrace tables in the restaurant overlook the river and it is completely idyllic. Arriving at the hotel we were met by very charming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms and the hotel...

This place is paradise! We travelled to Moulin du Roc with a party of friends and I can honestly say that even though I've been lucky enough to stay in some beautiful places, this tops them all! We had a wonderful 3 days and we were welcomed and looked after by beautiful Shirley - nothing was too much. The grounds...

We stayed here for a night to eat in the restaurant. It was well worth the trip. The food at dinner was amazing, well worth the Michelin star. The room was quaint , with a very comfortable bed and view of the river and mill race Both at dinner and at breakfast my gluten allergy was well catered for. Breakfast...
