stayed here from the 30th Sept to 3rd Oct. paid the deposit of around 75 euros and was told it will be put back into my account 72 hours after checkout. I rang them on the 7th Oct but told it was going to be a week. (a week has passed and still nothing)
did anyone else have this issue, and how long does it actually take ?
