Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were fantastic. Friendly and very organised. I felt like I was staying in a beautiful home, with top notch food. Definitely child-friendly as well. Would live to visit again.

A beautifully decorated hotel with friendly staff. My boyfriend and I were taking clients up the Wild Coast for a 4X4 trip and were booked into the hotel for a night, let's just say I did NOT want to leave. The food was superb and room was to die for with a breath taking view! One of the best places... More

I was last at this hotel in 1976 with my parents. 40 years later, I decided to stop off at Morgan Bay and stay at the hotel for the night. Nothing has changed except that Richard Warren-Smith has taken over the hotel from his father. In fact, I think the hotel has got even better than it was in '76.... More

Second visit to MBH, and was still suitably impressed with everything. From the friendly and efficient staff to the food (which added cm's to the waistline), we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Will be back again next year without a doubt!

Following a friend recommending we have supper on the hotel's deck on a Monday when they offer a hamburger special we decided to pop in last Monday. We were served promptly and efficiently and our drinks arrived soon after ordering them and our food. Wow, how good were the burgers, Banting Beef Burgers, but the salad was also outstanding and... We stayed over as a couple on a Friday night. We were welcomed and shown up to our room which was fantastic with an incredible view of the bay. The room has all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay with both a bath and shower. The dinner was a seafood set menu which was first class and great value... More

Morgan Bay Hotel was our last stop on the 5-day Wild Coast Meander hike (which I can highly recommend, the best in "slackpacking" there is), and even though we had stayed at other beautiful hotels along the way - each with their own special view onto the ocean - I liked this one especially well. It has an outdoor seating... More

Stunning views. Watching for whales from the Bar/Resturant. Unfortunately none this time but going back. Very quiet but informed that it can get busy. Have specials day twice a week each month. Looks like it's going to be seafood special on Friday.

I accompanied a group of regular Morgan Bay visitors, and am sure glad i did, From Erica's welcoming to Mandy at the front desk, the guys on the deck and the barman in the arms, service cannot be matched, cannot wait for the next trip :)
