This resort is relaxing, peaceful authentic and directly on the beach. Ray and Sao can't do enough for you, the staff are excellent and the food is Delicious, Sao Pennang...

We had two nights at Woodland Lodge. Ray and Sao were extremely welcoming as were the rest of the staff who were very friendly. They were waiting for us on the beach to carry our bags from the long tail boat to the lodge. It's located at the quieter end of the beach. The bungalows were perfectly clean with decent...

Khun Sao and staffs so lovely and helpful with smile every time when we stayed there. The room so attractive and romantic with two red bedrooms in the nets. We were so exciting with the gas water warmer that made we warm in a reasonable price. Wish to be there soon. nokmt..Thailand

I've just spent 3 weeks at Woodland Lodge. Sao and Ray are the owners and they really made me feel at home, happy to sit and chat they treated me like an old friend even though it was my first visit. The food is good, the bungalow I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The other guests and staff...

We only eat in the restaurant - we did not stayed over night at the place, so please view this recommendation only from the "eating experience". The Thai food was average, the shakes were served in small glasses, the plates were not so clean and the price was high compered to other places on the Island. Not worth the money.

The new bungalows are quit nice, clean and for Ko Jum conditions the price is fair. The older standard bungalows looked a bit run down, but I could´t take a look inside. I don´t understand the hype concerning their food. It´s not bad at all, but it´s a bit too much Thai adapted to western taste. Prices are high and...

Woodland lodge is one of the older lodges on the Island and one of the smaller with a wonderful family atmosphere. You feel welcome from first minute. The lodges are comfortable with elecrtric power 24 hours and fan and for the biggest lodges also warm water, even if the water heater was tricky to adjust. Sao make the best cooking...

We came here based on a recommendation in our travel guide. It was nice but we weren't blown away..... We had a green curry and a massaman curry. The green curry wasn't as fragrant as we'd had elsewhere, but ok. Nice spot sitting watching the sunset over the sea, but the food a couple of hundred metres away at Andaman...

Spand 8 days at this wonderful mid-price resort, with the wife and 4 year old. Cottages are simple, but nice and clean, and it is the perfect place to base your adventures from. The food is extremely good and made with non chili eaters in mind. Use the local long tail boats (Mr Rabbit is the best) to explore the...
