I liked this cozy hotel very much. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Everybody from staff is doing its best to leave you a good impression of a great transit hotel. The pool is lovely and the rooms are nice, warm and cosy. You can feel the bulgarian hospitality.

The location is on the highway out of town and the building itself is charmless. The rooms are pleasant but have a Las Vegas touch. But the service was warm and responsive and everything worked. I would rather stay in the center of town, but this is a decent option on the outskirts, and as noted the service was really...

I will push the limit by giving an average rating to this place. The hotel itself is not bad, nice spa, nice outdoor and indoor pools, rooms are clean. But that's it. Then comes the service that is purely and authentically bad. Except for the restaurant manager being very kind and responsive, the rest of the staff is just plain...

May be this is the best hotel in the town but this is not enough. It is nothing special. The rooms have space but are bad furnished. The service is poor. However it is clean. The breakfast is bad. The restaurant is very bad. Nothing to remember and no reason to go there.

We were in Ezeretz for two nights, as we were invited to a wedding in the restaurant there. Free parking, free wi-fi, wonderful spa-complex and smiling, cheerful people: this is not hospitability you'll get everywhere. My kids had a great time - there is kid's swimming pool, small "zoo" with a peacock, playing grounds... The room had a bath tube,...

Very helpful staff who are ready to serve promptly. Mountain view is awesome! Very relaxing atmosphere. Wifi was good in all parts of the hotel. It could be helpful to start serving the breakfast at an earlier time. The atmosphere of the indoor pool is so nice and making use of this pool should not be missed!

This price is to much for this what we receive. When we arrive the room was not ready and they move us in another room witch was far from our that we specific requested our rooms to be closer one in other, 3 weeks ago when we booked rooms, and the room was simple. Pillows was dirty, under the sheet...

Disappointing organisation on arrival. Rooms average but definitely not 4*, probably a basic 3*. Cleaning of room standards were not what would be expected. Spa was fine but beware extra charges for jacuzzi which would normally be included in a spa hotel. Restaurant basic and lacks ambience - very cold feel, no atmosphere although has a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was...

Its cheap hotel outside the center. By walking is about 15 minutes. The food.. is indifferent, I would eat again there only if it was only the last one restaurant on Earth.. On breakfast they serve only hot milk. I had to ask every time for cold milk. The weird is when one night I asked for lemon, they charged...
