We arrived during a manic Sunday lunchtime on the lake frontage on a beautiful day and every restaurant and bar was really busy. It quickly became apparent that I had made a booking error and had booked for the wrong night! However, this was quickly sorted out in a very friendly manner as if it were no problem at all....

We stayed at the hotel for one weekend in the small lakeside town of Trevignano. We're looked after magnificently, I can't praise the friendly staff enough. Our room was beautifully decorated with the rustic charm of the Middle Ages and modern day style. Our bed was extremely comfortable, fresh sheets, and towels. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. For...

We had the pleasure of 2 nights here. Great room with a fantastic view out over the lake. Nice big room, with all the thing you need. The staff are very helpful, and gave good service. Placed perfectly very close to the start of the lake promenade, you don't want anything further down. Only tourist here where Italians and us,...

Great for a couple of nights on the lake. The guy running the place, who's name I never caught, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room we had was very nicely decorated and spacious. The mini-bar could have been a little more exciting! Worth staying and we would go back. Only real downside (aside from no WiFi) is that breakfast...

Rooms were as described but in need of a little tender care. Wi fi was not in our room - access to the web was in the bar area from which the hotel was run. The breakfast was served at a restaurant by using vouchers. If you were a reserved nature you could go hungry. I was disappointed overall. The...

We stayed in one of the apartments along the busy street on the lake, which guaranteed a nice view and easy navigation to bars and restaurants. The interior was just done and decorated in a way that you feel at home, I guess if you like the style, you'd want it to be your home. Attention to small details, cleaned...

i booked this hotel for a wedding in Italy ... 3 months in advance ... 1 week before the wedding they downgrade me to a deluxe from a suite for technical problems ... 12 hours before my arrival they unilaterally move me a different hotel as the technical problem is not solved .... the technical problem being guests that would...

As I wait for my own property to be finished in Trevignano I have tried a few local hotels but this is my favourite. They were so busy I started in the Brown Suite, moved to the White but favourite was the Grey with lake views. Staying above the reception means internet acces in your room. The food was out-standing...

We had a lakeside view suite that was really just a large room with nice views of the lake. The bedroom has a window next to the bed that looks onto whoever is in the bathroom showering and doing other things so some people might like that and others not. The bed was rather small and old style squeaky metal...
