Had a nearby hotel recommended but it was closed until 5:30, so went to the nearby Eskdale Hotel, very short wait for a table. Food and drinks were very good and represented good value for money. Staff very attentive and ensured all was ok.

Good Morning, thank you for your enquiry, I am afraid the Eskdale Hotel does not have any accessible rooms, The Hotel was designed and built in the 1870's as a coaching in and although we have made many improvements over the years to ensure guest comfort we have not been able to provide a lift to access guest bedroom floors or some of the public areas.
All our guest rooms are located on 1st and 2nd floors, all rooms have en-suite with a range of bath with shower over and some with walk-in showers.
If I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us direct on 01387380357.
