I dont usually do reviews unless ive had a really bad experience. Bad of me to say this but hey. We booked 2 x interconnecting Double rooms at Luna over the weekend for my friend's wedding at Castello dal Pozzo, they were both based on the ground level. The rooms were really spacious, clean and they had a little backyard which was lovely esp if you are a smoker. The bathrooms had walk in showers but no bath. Customer service was our biggest surprise - outstanding! The hotel accommodated all our room requests, had to print and request bits and bobs late in the evening and early morning for the wedding but the staff were all polite and very helpful. They spoke fluent english and were smiley and friendly all the time despite their probably long shifts. My mum felt unwell one afternoon and the housekeeping lady went above and beyond by making sure a camomille tea was served in the room right away - a gesture that put not only a big smile on my mum's face but made her feel at home and so much better too. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Oleggio - but with a supermarket, pub, pizzeria and a bus stop very close by. The hotel is situated 5-7 mins walk from Castello dal Pozzo. Our stay at Luna was great and would 100% recommend the hotel. The service that we received from the hotel did definitely provide us with a very positive and comfortable experience at Luna, and we shall definitely return and recommend the hotel. Grazie to the housekeeping lady cleaning Room 116 on Saturday afternoon (08.06.19) for looking after my mum, thank you to the Reception team ( Francesco and Abdul) for the amazing hospitality too.

Stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are clean and large. The beds are super good and there is free parking. The breakfast is very bad. Self service coffee doesn't Mach the Italian coffee culture but if you ask at the reception they make you a fresh one. The offering was poor. No boiled eggs( they display all the materials for it) the cheese and meat dried out. The bread was hard. In other words breakfast need some refreshment. The service at the bar was very good and with the check very friendly and polite!

We stayed here for a couple of days and the experience was very pleasent. It's not a luxurous hotel/motel by any means but it is very comfortable. There is ample parking, some of it available in an underground car park which can get a bit tight moving around. The rooms had all the basics but lacked tea/coffee making equipment. Also, it may be important to some, the TV's are flat screen but fairly old/1st generation 4:3csquare screen and don't have USB/HDMI inputs. The free internet provided can get swamped as it will only allow a certain number of users at one time. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the wardrobes along with the free to use safe. Free breakfast was provided. Again, nothing too luxurous but it helped to start the day.

Central between two lakes which were no more that 15 miles away. The staff, particularly the reception staff were very friendly and very helpful as we spoke no Italian. Underground car park was good as the temperatures were in the high 30's. Not much choice of restaurant it is advisable to go to Arona @4 miles away for a good choice of restaurants. But otherwise no complaints at all.

This hotel is a modern establishment with all the facilities you want. Rooms are clean and functional . Free wifi and parking. Good breakfast . There's no restaurant but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The VV pizza place (out of hotel and turn right) is especially good

Arrival was good check in efficient room ok for the cost, the Hotel and room was clean and fresh, the only thing missing was tea and Coffee in the room that was a disappointment, There was no restaurant but there was a small pizzaria down the road. The bar was ok and all of the staff were friendly and helpful, the checkout was delayed considerably as the gentleman on reception decided to have a 20 minute conversation while I was waiting, a little annoying to say the least

Stayed here for 2 nights during my short stay in the Arona area. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is good. The rooms are clean with AC, balcony and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel has a large free parking and it's a 30 minute ride to the Malpensa airport. I enjoyed my stay! The only thing was that the wifi didn't work in my room, so I had to go to the lobby to check my email.

stayed there for 2 night before leaving back to Israel. Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. Breakfast is very nice and there's a lot to choose from. Free parking which is great and also 10 minuted drive to Arona and 30 minutes to Malpensa airport which is very convenient. Our room was very nice and equipped with hydrobox.

Wow, what a nice surprise this hotel ended up being. Accommodation can be a bit hit and miss in Italy, but the Luna Hotel certainly did not disappoint. We had a huge modern room and fancy bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Our room also had access to a balcony. Free undercroft parking was available to us, allowing easy access to Reception and hotel rooms. Our stay included breakfast, which was well provided for and quite substantial by Italian standards, in both choice, quality and quantity. We enjoyed having breakfast there. This is a family run business, with English speaking management at reception (son and daughter) who were both very friendly and helpful. Well worth a stay if travelling by car.

We stayed here 2 nights at the end of July to visit Lake Orta and Arona (Lago Maggiore). The hotel itself offers a good price/quality. Rooms are well-equipped - for a quiet night best to ask a room at the back side of the hotel as some noise can be heard from the street in front of the hotel. Friendly reception. Breakfast is standard buffet
