Heritage property surrounded by beautiful gardens. Although it will need indeed some refreshment (a property that must have been at one time just incredible), I was impressed by the level of professionalism of the general manager, his discretion and reactivity as I was experiencing some difficulty with the person I was sharing my room with. I decided to leave the...

This is a beautiful property with classic charm. This was the palace of the Maharaja of Alwar and has been maintained really well. The sprawling lawns and landscaping are beautiful and luxurious which is rare these days. This is spread out in a huge area and rooms are also nicely done with four poster beds to give you the old...

Nestled among the Aravalis, Sariska is the closest place from Delhi where one can hope to see a Tiger in it's natural surroundings. Once the hunting grounds of the Maharajas, Sariska was made into a forest reserve in 1955 and declared a National park in 1982. Sariska Palace was built in the 19th century. The forest is dotted with old...

Sariska Palace is a beautiful place to spend time with family. The grounds are well maintained and we had the opportunity to click some amazing pictures in the palace. The colorful flowers brightened our moods. We visited the palace on Holi and enjoyed spending our day at the lovely property. The food was awesome specially the home made laal maas.

In lovely grounds this does not disappoint unless you want all the modern luxuries. Decor is dated but charming as is the location. 400 m from the tiger park! Food was excellent but not a huge choice day to day.Service also very good. Don't miss the tiger park it's stunning. In particular go to the old fort....breathtaking!Very good value!

Sariska is a wonderful place to visit for someone who loves nature. Having an opurtunity to stay at Sariska Palace exponentially increases the pleasure of the visit there. The Hotel is just in front of the Tiger reserve gate and the natural beauty is awesome. The staff and the ambiance is royal and the food is very delicious.

Royal experience only with regards to the building, otherwise its a basic palace converted hotel. Good place for a weekend gate away, food is average, room is average, people are good, flexible they try to help you. Best thing is the building and the surrounding, just go to this place for a safari and having a relaxed and lazy holiday....

Sariska, India

Dear Mr. Paras Garg,

This is the General Manager of Sariska Palace, I had personally investigated the matter and had a detailed discussion with Sebastian & the rest of my team and would like to clarify the points raised by yourself in terms of services at our hotel.

As per the investigation I could understand that :-

1. Banquet Hall was offered to you from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm but my team kept the same opened for you till 3.30 am !

2. The conference set up were removed and low bolster seating facility were provided at around 10.00 pm on your request to facilitate your cocktail session till 3.30 am.

3. Snacks were provided irrespective of any time frame that we agreed upon

4. Dinner was suppose to be served in our restaurant from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm but finally this was served in your room past midnight.

5. Next day breakfast was served beyond our closing time of 10.30 am

6. Next day services also were facilitated in the best manner again the dinner was served beyond our 10.30 pm time frame.

All the above facilities and services were rendered to you without any lapse ! On the contrary, we at Sariska does not offer, guarantee or commit any room service as we are put up on 56 acres in different blocks and it is humanly not possible to serve you with our property set-up. You would agree that our set up is totally different from the 5* ambiance!!

With the aforesaid facts I would like to conclude that all your concern and apprehension was purely based on the rate/final bill factor - charging our agreed upon 17 persons (your final count was 15) !! Here I would like to just remind you that we offer rates based on the number of persons and needs certain guarantee to maintain the same.

So, I think you do not appreciate my teams efforts & services though non of this was not agreed upon or committed to you! Or their simply waiving off the 5% Service Charge you were suppose to make on payment with AMEX Card !!

However, we wish to assure you that we shall make the best of our efforts and render the highest quality of services always and would be pleased to serve you in future as well.

Thanking you,

General Manager
