Whether it's going with your friends or with your family, even by yourself, you can always find the view memorising. With hot-tubs facing Mount Fuji, you can only beg for them to allow you to drink some beer. If you want a little privacy you can always hire a private room, although it hardly gets busy in the public one....

Totally unlike anywhere i had stayed and LOVED it. Upgraded our rooms and had a lake view with balcony and separate dining area. Highly recommend. The hotel utterly spotless. WHen I arrived early to drop my luggage before check-in time, the lobby looks lifeless with old furnishing and dimmed lightings. There was only 1 staff at the reception, whose helped me with the registration (check-in) procedure but the room only would be ready by 3pm. There is no problem at all as she speaks little English. It is wonderful ryokan in Fujikawaguchiko. My room facing the lake (Mt. view was fully booked when I make booking), but lake view is also stunning. location is good, nearby ropeway, pier and resturant. There is a lovely cookie shop at the way up to rope way. Its name Fujiyama Cookie

This hotel is the most wonderful hotel i have ever visited. Staff is nice and clearly speaking english. I also reserve a traditional dinner in the hotel which is the most fantastic meal I have in japan. And the breakfast is wonderful too all of them has quality and delicious.
