Stayed here for a family gathering which was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Sintra town, it's a great place to relax with a swimming pool and beautiful grounds. The rooms are massive and well decorated, and the old architecture of the stables adds to the charm of the Quinta. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful and the...

My family and I stayed in this magnificent bed and breakfast for only a day but were amazed by the natural surrounding beauty, The pool was luxurious and the estate itself remarkably restored with tender loving care. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms offered the luxury of spanish architecture with the modern comforts of impeccable washrooms and plenty of...

Quinta De Scoto is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Sintra and the surrounding areas, my family had a great experience staying there. I would highly recommend the Quinta, and Tony and Penny, our hosts, who were so welcoming and very accommodating for our group. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, and spacious, the grounds of the property...

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed at Quinta do Scoto for 4 nights this past week in their Dove Cote Suite. This B&B--and its owners--are first class in every respect. Our suite was huge--a large bedroom with 2 double beds--a separate sitting room and a large bathroom. The suite contained mini fridge stocked with complementary wine, beer, water, soft...

We stayed in the enormous Count Redondo suite, overlooking the pool. The Quinta was beautiful, with excellent continental breakfast and lovely lattes. Penny & Tony were lovely hosts, very helpful, also a bonus to be able to use pool and shower room after check out time as we had a later flight. Highly recommended. Sue & Nigel

Quinta de Scoto is beautifully restored which such attention to detail. Your hosts have included everything they wished they had when they traveled. The warm welcome and green wine were a lovely treat. Our host graciously suggested...

We booked Quinta do Scoto because of the disabled-access suite but also because of the location and facilities on site, and were not disappointed. From the first exchange of emails, Penny & Tony's passion for the place was clear and infectious - I must have read through their website five times before we travelled. The information and communication in advance...

We had the great pleasure of staying at the wonderful Quinta do Soto recently! Tony and Penny were wonderful and hospitable hosts, from our pick-up from the train station, to sharing their knowledge of the surrounding area, and finally for making us feel so at home at their beautiful bed and breakfast. We loved our stay here and wish we...

We had a wonderful short, yet memorable visit to Quinta do Scoto. After spending two busy days in the bustle of Lisbon, it was the perfect retreat to spend a night there when we went to visit Sintra. It is just a quick 15 min train ride away from the center of Sintra and 30 minutes from Lisbon, but you...
