Stayed here on business and the rooms were of decent size, clean and pleasant. Staff were helpful too.

This was probably one of my worst experiences ever staying at a hotel. The rooms were lousy, with tacky decorations and old furniture, with a wall completely covered in mirrors in a pathetic attempt to make the tiny room feel even slightly bigger. Their way of putting three people in a room was two twins pushed together and shoving a...

I accompanied my husband on conference, as Vienna had been on my must-see list for a long time. Arrived at 11AM after an overnight flight, only to be told our room would not be ready for at least a couple of hours. I understand check out/check in times, but they should have been aware/ready for an influx of 300+ delegates....

Great hotel. Has a big bar downstairs for a few quiet ones before bed. Breakfast was pretty standard. Rooms are quite large. Across the rOad from a large shopping center with restaurants and various other shops. Recommended.

Great hotel if you and 400 of your teenage bff's want to hang out of the windows shouting at each other all night long. Also good if you like 70's wicker furniture, walking miles of corridors to get to your room, waiting 30 minutes for elevators, going to the 6th floor to find the 'ironing room' and attempting to download...

When i tried to change that, it was impossible, I could not even transfer it to a colleague. I wanted to transfer since the hotel...

This is a basically hotel that caters for tour or conferences/ events as it is situated quite far from Vienna. We were are our last stop of Eastern Europe tour and staying for one night. It is a very big hotel. We checked in at about 7-8 pm and when we reached our room, we found that the room was...

This hotel looks like a pyramid from the outside. it has big conferences rooms and I'm guessing it houses a lot functions too.Not close to the city, in fact I don't even know how to go to the city centre from this hotel. Our tour bus just transport us to and fro the hotel. The room has a rather old...

Even it looks much better from outside, It is a big hotel, with good structure and variety of accessories. Staff is not particularity kind, but with a little bit of persistence you will get what you want. Internet access is bad. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but ready for renovating. Offer of good is great, but the taste is variable...

Excelent connection to Vienna centar (local speed tram and BUS). You will need aprox. 30 min to reach the Centar of Vienna. Hotel use to be a 4 star but...
