Great place for the grownups to relax and the little once busy with all kinds of fun activities. Service is very good, food in restaurant has style, and we stayed in the wooden hut which is recommending! Great location to grocery shopping, hiking, and other hiking areas.
Excellent. Family run hotel. Service was very good. They couldn’t do enough for you. Good food. Kids club was well run with plenty of variety and hardworking and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well proportioned. The kids had a whale of a time. I would highly recommend this place for a family holiday. The child care was included in the price. Free taxis to the lift which was only a short walk away in any event and only 100m from the black piste down to the village. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very attentive and very welcoming. All on site-Pony riding, climbing wall, pizza making, face painting, farm trips and nightly visits at dinner time by cheesy the hotel mascot to entertain the kids. The gym facilities, outdoor pool and sauna/spa area was impressive and catered for adults seeking a relaxation break. Excellent as I said.…
We have been in the hotel for a week and I can only say thank you. Incredible location, super friendly staff, great atmosphere, spectacular food, many activities for both adults and children ... The rooms are spacious with everything you need to make you feel at home. Very well organized, from activities to meals. A service of 10. The facilities are spectacular, spacious, clean, luxurious. Ideal for spending a few days with the family wishing you could repeat. The staff is super friendly, concerned at all times to make you feel at home, from the reception girls, restaurant staff, cleaning staff ... And what about the kids club, super professional and affectionate. Thank you all for a fantastic week.
After spending 4 days there we were very happy to leave. Absolutely, not typical for Austria luck of hospitality. Receptionists are not showing a sign of friendliness. Not a friendly welcome or good bye.Luck of stuff. Bartender helps you with lagguage if you insisting that you need some help with lagguage! You really have to ask! Food is good in the evening. Vegetables are not fresh. You see green beans from afternoon and then dryed out in the evening in the salads. Cheap cups and plates. In sauna plastic cups used for hot tea! My favourite part is that you pay for a tap water in the restaurant if you dont order any drink! I would suggest to increase a price for the room for 5 euros per night but not to implement such a ridiculous policy. Rooms are good. Cleaning lady by seeing you in the morning makes the same such a not happy angry face! Outdated play area for kids. Not safe for kids. Waterslide is rusty. No waterflow. My daughter immediately made cuts on her knees followed by fall from bike. No designated area to use bikes. Parking cars and kids using their bikes around is absolutely frustrating.…
The hotel is good, the rooms spacious and the food excellent. I think the only comment we would have is the family staff, I missed patience and a smile. Every question or request felt as if we were taking up too much of their time. My compliments to Judith who works at the restaurant. All in all we had a good time.
Once again Family Lechner provided us with warm hearted hospitality. The accommodation, fantastic food, very good wellness, ski-room and good location did not disappoint us. We are returning again next year definitely!
We spent a week with our 3 and 5-year old in Seetal last week and loved it. The hotel is family-run and that really comes through in the attention to detail and the great customer service. The rooms are a good standard and the overall facilities - kids play area, ski cellar, swimming pool and sauna area - are excellent. As the family also owns their own farm and trout pond, you get to eat fresh eggs every morning and the quality of the food is based on their home grown ingredients is outstanding. Overall this is a great place to stay with kids and we have already booked for next year.
We (family of 5) have just enjoyed another great skiing holiday at Familienhotel Seetal for the 4th year in a row. It was wonderful again. We love the food - varied and always includes a healthy option. Lots of activities for kids of all ages. Great skibus that collects children for ski school in the morning and brings them back in the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. All in all a great holiday again- we will be back!
Just back from a wonderful holiday in Family Hotel Seetal in Kaltenbach. This hotel is splendid situated on a mountain sloop at walking distance from the Hoch Zillertal ski piste with extensive and great ski possibilities. Hotel Seetal has a very hospitable team. They serve excellent meals in the morning and the evening. The late lunch is great as well. The spa facilities are luxerious. We highly recommend this hotel for families with young childeren as they have a wonderful day care.
We are returning for the third time! Very friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent dining, kids entertainment, bus-shuttle to the ski station, etc. We spent a week and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Evaluating a summer stay.
