Hotel is in a great location with quick access to Galzig via chairlift. If heading for Stuben, Zurs etc this is great as you can get down the 100 when its pristine and ahead of most people from the Galzigbahn. Rooms were adequate with enough storage. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of cold and hot food. Food...

Hotel was very good: some folk grumbling a bit about food but we found it plentiful and good, the nice quaffable wine flowed very freely! TV stations need sorting - we found several english channels around 65-70, but if you used "channel up" it skipped passed them! Internet only in bar reception (although we got it sometimes in our first...

The food was a strange mix and was sometimes served cold , breakfast though it has to be said was a good choice of hot food , cold meat , cheese and fruit . Our room had no TV reception except for 1 channel. Internet basically only worked if you were in the reception area.

Great location next to a button lift which takes you up to a lever so you can ski to the nearest chair lift and the rest of the mountain runs. Facilities were great with a spa, pool, boot and ski room and onsite ski hire shop. A little crapped in the shop but does the job. They have a couple...

This is an Inghams managed hotel so, unless you are on an Inghams package holiday, you won't be staying here. It is one of Inghams "Chalet" hotels so, although it is a large hotel, it is run as a chalet location, with all that that entails. We chose this accommodation because it advertised Ski in/Ski Out. It is, although you...

The room was not cleaned when we arrived, too tired to complain, cleaned the toilet ourselves, carpet was not hoovered. Friends also had dirty carpets, although they were cleaned the next day! Staff friendly, food very mediocre, dinner was always served in a bowl? Waiters were quite attentive. Inghams reps, very poorly trained, got things wrong during the week caused...

Despite skiing for some 34 years we had never been to Austria or tried a chalet hotel so I was a little hesitant. Any concerns were dispelled when we arrived at the hotel and immediately greeted by the hotel manager James and his assistant Nigel, with welcome drinks too! Our room was on the fourth floor in the corner overlooking...

Compared to other chalets and chalet hotels I have stayed at over the past 15 years, the Sporthotel is fairly rated at 4* / 4 Diamonds. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are well trained and try hard to provide excellent service. The food is not gourmet, but was of a good standard and plentiful. The wine was...

Phenomenal hotel and staff. We went on our first Ski-trip which in essence was a brilliant experience coupled with the fact that our lodgings were first class, clean and very awesome food, drink and service. The staff whether reps or hotelier will go out of there way to help and assist you to make sure stay is comfortable. The hotel...
