There was plenty of room for our large family (2 adults, 3 children) in the spacious family room. Everything was beautifully clean. Use of a communal fridge was very helpful. We were excellently situated for the park, town centre and the leisure centre. Great value for money.

I have read some bad reviews about the Reindeer Inn and I have just one thing to say. Stop it! If you want high class luxury, go somewhere else and pay the price for it! We embraced this place as a great deal for £40 a night and we were actually pleasantly surprised on arrival! This Inn is cosy, clean,...

One of the best old English type of pubs with a great menu and wonderful food. We have been here many times before. So when old friends ask to meet up it was for us an obvious choice. We had Excellent service and food. Our friends , who had never been to this restaurant/pub before will, like us, be returning...

We stayed at the Reindeer when going to see a friend's band nearby. A warm, cosy & very friendly pub with well-kept ales. A warm, comfortable & clean room with a great shower. Rama, the landlord could not be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very nice and he cooked it later than he would normally...

Rooms lovely, recently redecorated. Breakfast good and pub in walking distance of town. Was Bank Holiday Monday so very quiet - not a lot of atmosphere but maybe due to the holiday. Only take cash - or at that time but there are cash machines located not far away.

We stayed at the Reindeer for the first week of August 2016 as I was in Southwell that week playing for services in Southwell Minster (accompanying the choir of St. Bartholomew's, Penn). The ensuite room was lovely and homely and the breakfast each morning was excellent. What I found really wonderful was the friendliness of Rama, Leela and the other...

Booked a family room for my wife and i thinking there would be plenty of space for 2 people. The room and bathroom was tiny. There was not even a dressing table for my wife to get ready for a wedding and at 6'1" i could barely move in the shower. The bed was a small cheap double well below...

Very small room and very small bed (good job we are not big people). No mattress cover and thin, cheap bedding. Worn towels and shower room crammed into a corner of the room. Window would not open or close (broken) and generally felt uncomfortable in this room. Booked via Booking.com and the money was taken immediately which is not surprising...
