The hotel is not a grand one but well designed. There are various zones, such as rooms in hotel, pool villa, and grand villa. They provide free parking, free WiFi, and breakfast included. The room is well decorated and very clean.

Hotel is clean , located in a good environment ,fresh ,relax The room is lovely , new , room decoration also perfect !! I personally love the love so much The hotel has many places to take a photo in this hotel :) The restaurant Delicious food we ordered around 7 different kind of food but its incredible !!!! Its delicious for all portion recommended !!!!

Pros: - Very uniquely and beautifully designed room that gives warm relax - Sufficient space in room - Full facilities in room - Good view from sky deck - Relaxing pool - Good staff - Gorgeous lobby - Strong water current - Hi-tech room light controller Cons: - Narrow hotel area, making feel crowded - Narrow space in breakfast restaurant - Room setup / welcome setup is not fully ready - Unstable hot/cold water - Bed and pillow are not comfort as expected - Glass-door minibar fridge is not enough to make refreshment cool

The hotel looks really nice in the night with all the lighting lit up. It is a pretty new hotel and I really loves the design and concept of the hotel. It is filled with greens surrounding the hotel. The room are big and has good sound proofing. I personally love the deer design on the wall. The shower experience was good too. Bed are firm. Breakfast is adequate and the staff are very friendly and helpful too. Overall a good stay. Great for couples and families.

I stayed here with my family in late December 2018. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice however won't recommended to add extra bed in Grand Deluxe room as extra bed needed to put below main queen-size bed. I did call hotel prior to check in and asked about extra person. Ladies staff members mentioned that room was spacious enough to put extra bed. But turn out it wasn't. An extra bed can't definitely put aside with main bed, it needed to put below main bed. It was very disappointed !!
