We stayed here for one week in a maisonette, with two kids, and had a fabulous time. Staff: Brilliant, so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic, the service was excellent throughout. The catering staff and admin staff were so pleasant. The entertainment team were brilliant and very down to earth. The cleaners would go out of their way in the corridors to...

As I walked in, the staff at the reception were polite and friendly. Although I had emailed to check in early, this wasn't possible, however, they held my bags and allowed me to use the facilities until my room was ready. The room was every clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was what I loved best about...

Very comfortable rooms, with excellent facilities. Provision was made for people who find steps difficult. The location was a few minutes walk to the nearest shops, but there was a shop in the hotel which was very reasonable. Dining was a pleasure with excellent food, wine and service. There was a bus stop about 5mins walk from the hotel and...

Hello. We love the hotel everything is perfect but I believe that Alexandros the bartender should get fired. He is rude and does not show respect to the tourists. I believe he has mental issues. Thank you.

This time I’ve chosen North-West of the island. I stayed in Hydramis Palace that is situated between Rethimno and Georgioupoli. The location is...

If you are looking for a relaxing, on the beach, quiet hotel with great service then this is the place to go. Granted not a high English occupancy ( 7 English people) when we stayed, but because of this it was very enjoyable. There were some children and there is some entertainment for them. The hotel is set in lovely...

After staying in severall hotels on 'all in' base we 'discovered' this hotel last year. We were so satisfied that we returned a second time this year, and once again it was super! We (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in a very clean maisonette with fridge, good working airco, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one smaller with shower and...
