So we arrived nice reception area lovely lady's behind their very helpful indeed. We got to our room and yes it's what everyone is saying about not been great grubby bathroom flaked paint ECT. So I went to reception paid 266 euros extra got upgraded to a fantastic room walk in wet room lovely big double room. The TV didn't work but we only really slept in their so wasn't an issue. We opted to pay the 25 euros extra each everyday to sit at the rooftop pool where yes if your all inclusive these drinks aren't included but we new this and didn't mind paying the extra. Joel the bar man at the roof top bar was fantastic never an empty glass attentive and professional asset to the hotel well done Joel. All in all a good holiday. The hotel does need a face lift but you get what you pay for.…

just got back from the hotel from hell . the hotel is falling apart .2 days with 1 lift working .the room was well dreadful the wallpaper coming of the walls.. the paint flaking off the walls. the bedding dirty and the bed a flea pit .hob not working the shower was disgusting dirty not been cleaned out . and if lucky you get a fan wow..all it does is move hot air around .can say about food has i seen inside of kitchens broken tiles and stuff piled up and dirty floor so we never had any food there all in all RUBBISH dont try to ring reception know one will pick phone up

An excellent hotel with absolutely fabulous staff, special shout out to Solidaire (hope I've got her name correct) on reception. She is an AMAZING asset and because of her, myself and my daughter can't wait for our return visit. The rooms were lovely, the balcony so spacious and the views and sunsets to die for. My apologies for forgetting to leave a tip for our cleaner, but I promise I will make it up to her on our next visit

I have never stayed in such a Dump in all my life. It was the most filthy hotel in every way. No toilet paper you had to ask at desk for towels we got one at a time although there was 3 of us. The beds were disgusting with stains on sheets on arrival I asked for manager never saw him at all. The room was never cleaned while we were there and bedsheets were not changed once.The hotel is falling apart and is so outdated. I paid €770 for a hell hole we stayed out as much as possible it made us count the days till we left. I would not even give it one star it should be demolished.

The hotel is needing a complete overhaul, the place is literally falling apart, The exterior walls are crumbling and being repainted at the same time. The main pool area is too small for the amount of guests in the hotel. The shower tray,after a couple of days started to overflow. The broken down van was a good indicator for our floor. And what looked like a crashed lift car does not give you confidence of the replacement system. I did feel sorry for the staff, who were dealing with complaints from guests every time we were at the reception area. We have used Jet2holidays many times before, always with great results, if this was our first experience, it probably would be our last

Disgusted after checking out my hotel and contacting the reception to notify them I left my diamond earrings behind. My friend arrived around 40 minutes later to be told they couldn’t locate my earrings! Absolutely livid as I could have turned my taxi back around and got my key and I would have my earrings, clearly the cleaning staff have stolen my earrings. After several emails, telephone calls I still haven’t had a response. Apartments very basic!

Dear Tour, Fortunately, most of the guests at Hotel Riosol leave, after their holiday, very happy with our installations and services, and we always feel sad when that is not the case, as has unfortunately happened with you. As our reception staff explained to you in their email answering your request, no earrings were found in your room. It is a standard rule in Hotels worldwide, that they are not responsible for valuables etc. which are not deposited in the safe, which is free and available in every Room. This is clearly stated in the information in every Apartment. We are not putting in doubt that your earrings may have disappeared, but we cannot understand why you don´t doubt for one moment in accusing the chambermaid directly of THEFT. This accusation is defamatory, and our cleaning staff is extremely upset at such an accusation. Usually, theft allegations fade when confronted with logical questions such as: When did you last see your belongings? Where had they been? Was the bag zipped? in the control of others? Many times when guests finish considering these aspects, they realize there had been many opportunities for the theft and apologize to the Hotel staff. However, when the accusations are made, the blot remains, hurting the staff members, true or not, indefinitely. This is the worst of the worst. Just to find you (room) is a nightmare. We were lucky we asks someone and they were next door.. we met people how had been looking for 2 hours and thats not a joke... And when you do you wished you didn't. Everything is so passed it use its untrue. Is a fle pit .dirty bedding electric hob that's broken. Paint flaking off walls wall paper that's coming off wall. No air con just a silly fan and don't try to ring reception they never answer rang for 30 minutes no a answer. The lift is a joke goes up side of hotel its like getting in a oven and on one floor the glass is broken. The place is a dustbin. Dont take note of the pictures you see from air lines ..its snowing at home and I can't wait to get home that's how bad it is .it needs closing and millions spending on it I would not come back here for free if what you see is bad and it is . I would hate to see the kitchens lucky iam not eating here .I've put my 2 cats in a cattery and they have a better room then us. Next time iam going to stay at the cattery and send my cats Bandit and T.C here like he'll I would the company or persons who have this don't care its the pits . Cant Wait to get home to my England my England…

For the sake of god don't come here iam here now been here 1 day .the place is so run down .its worse then the metropolitan hotel Blackpool. And that's saying something everything so past its used date. It's starting from.the reception..all the cupboards at the back are falling apart. And the place is so dirty paint flaking of the walls the so-called furniture is from kipper ties and platforms shoe's were in fashion the beds my cats sleep on much better and get this..they charge you £22 each to use a VIP roof area..you get all inclusive but here the kicker it's 9.30.til 5.30 but not the good stuff it's the stuff that cost £1 A Gallon. The place is rubbish and I not going to say anything out the lifes..only keep you bum cheeks firm ..

Don’t for a minute, book your holiday based upon the website photos or what’s on the jet2 brochure we looked at. The front of house appearance is good but the rooms or standard rooms at least are outdated and in poor state In fact our room, in particular the shower was just damn dirty. My tenth visit to this hotel will likely be my last. We stayed in a Premium appartment and it was falling appart. Celing and walls were cracked and the paint was falling off. Some of the furniture were broken. The quality of the bathtowels have been reduced. The only reason for the two start are the nice staff. They do what they can to give you a Nice holiday.
